The negotiable of the deal was fair. The signing of the ‘paperwork’ went well. Would recommend sales person and dealer. FYI: research a fair price on your own prior to going to dealership for vehicle you want so you already have an idea of the price... USAA car buying service a good start. More

Professional family oriented and knowledgeable My daughter and I came in to see a car I saw online and was helped by Nik. I initialy spoke to Sandy on the phone, was introduced to Nik by Steve McCa My daughter and I came in to see a car I saw online and was helped by Nik. I initialy spoke to Sandy on the phone, was introduced to Nik by Steve McCale, and completed the registration paperwork with Raj... all gave me or us a great experience... Nik kept the deal together after my daughter and I drove out there from Virginia Beach to find advertising stated the cars engine and drive train were certified guaranteed for life yet that was wrong. OK... mistakes happen but I don’t do business that way... I was done and had other cars to see... Nik worked hard, got me back to the table and closed a deal on a vehicle very likely going to auction. I almost always buy from friends I won’t list here but tell you that own dealerships in VB that are personal friends. Nik’s A determined hard working honest sales rep. I took his card and will refer friends... I’ll also tell my friends in VB they’d do well to hire him. Great close Nik... No one has ever done that to me! More
