It was a very busy morning with two workers not being there. The customer service representatives were very courteous explaining the wait time all with a smile on their faces. Left car for some minor work but technician discovered some major problems with the water pump. Nice video of symptoms was send. Repair was completed very fast and no problems were noted after ward. Dealership had no loaner cars although it was a major repair ($4000) and the loaner was covered by my Ford ESP warranty. Also, communications between service advisor (if you can get a hold of one) need improvement. More
11/22/2024 ( Katelyn Gregory)we carried our 2020 ford edge in for differential problems Katelyn Gregory put my lady off on another service writer we were told they had to do a differential reprogram whil edge in for differential problems Katelyn Gregory put my lady off on another service writer we were told they had to do a differential reprogram while she was doing nothing we had an odd tire on the back and wanted to pick the car up to install new tires before they do the program as i build and race fords i know the effects an odd tire has on a limited slip differential Katelyn said it didn't make a difference she said it would take an hour to do the paper work she would call never did we went back now she is at lunch after complaining the service manager did the paper work and had the car out front in less than ten minutes we installed tires carried the car back for reprogram it looks like Katelyn Gregory wanted to give us a hard time maybe not even wait on us because we are black, but our money is the same color as anyone else More
