Mark and I initially went in to Freedom Ford's used car section where we met Pat Berry. After looking at 2 or 3 used Ford Edges, we realized that we were not going to find a car with the low mileage we wan section where we met Pat Berry. Pat took us to the new lot where we found a new Edge with the price we had in mind. Pat was friendly, sincere and gave us the answers we needed. I needed a new vehicle I had been to 3 other dealerships in the area. I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me being a single mom, I told them what I could afford monthly, everything they tried in the area. Then I was referred to Freedom Ford, I said I would give it one last shot. I was greeted by a nice salesman named Michael Mauzone, he asked me what I was looking for, what I could afford monthly,then he went over which cars had the best rebates & incentives. After dragging him from one end of the parking lot to the other I finally decided on a 2012 Ford Focus hatchback. Next I met the sales manager Steve & business manager Bob, they were very friendly. Not like the other places I had been where the salesman had to keep going behind the glass window to negotiate the best deal. They showed me what my payment would be including rebates & incentives right there & answered any questions I had as well. The monthly payment was right in the price range I needed to be in. Next I met Naomi the Delivery coordinator, she was wonderful and very friendly as well... They were all very friendly and helpful. The best part is they treated me like I was family.... I have already recommend a few of my co-workers to them. More
I found just what I was looking for at Freedom Ford by shopping on the internet. I was looking for two vehicles, Mercury Mariners for my kids. I wanted them to be alike except for the color. We drove up from North Carolina and the two we wanted were parked right next to one another. They were identical except for color. We asked the salesman, Shawn LaMarre for a "two for" special price if we bought them both. Shawn LaMarre talked to "The Boss" and came back with a fair price. Freedom also gave us a fair price on two trade ins, sight unseen. We started the paperwork and my wife and I drove the two trade in vehicles up a couple of days later and drove away with the two 2009 Mercury Mariners. We were in and out in less than one hour!! My wife and I had bought both of our vehicles from Freedom in 2009 and 2010. So we now have four Freedom vehicles. Each purchase has been a very pleasant experience. Shawn was a great sales professional to work with. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles and very patient while I inspected them prior to purchase. I LOVE FREEDOM FORD!! More

As a result of a poor experience I had with Cavalier Ford, I went over to Freedom Ford. Upon entering, I was greeted by my salesman (Norman) and he was very excited to have me as a customer. Additionally, he knew the "FORD" products he sold with astute attention-to-detail. He convinced me that my poor experience prior to my visit was not going to be reiterated at Freedom Ford. As the process of me buying a Ford Explorer move on, I was impressed by the promptness and progressive manner in which the employees handled my deal. Shortly, after Norman demonstrated how the car I selected was a good choice, he systematically showed me very detailed information about my car. He assured me that I would get the best deal and he was right! Next, I met Naiomi and she sold me the product "care" package to ensure my new car stayed looking new for the next 5 years. She was very friendly, professional and also very astute. Finally, I met Bob H.the finance manager and he was great as well. Bob is very professional but friendly and I appreciated his approach. My overall experience at Freedom was great. Mark called shortly after I gave him the amount I would pay on the vehicle. After looking online at other dealerships in Va and NC I found Freedom Ford in Norfolk had the BEST price on the 2012 vehicle I was looking for. After I contacted the dealer listed (Mark Vasiloff) on the found Freedom Ford in Norfolk had the BEST price on the 2012 vehicle I was looking for. After I contacted the dealer listed (Mark Vasiloff) on the website I made an appointment to look at the car. I was really impressed on how much time Mark took to go over all the features on the car and answered all my questions as well as his allowing me to test drive the vehicle. I also appreciated the fact that he was not one of those pushy salesman that just wants to sell you a car and then push you out the door. He really wanted to make sure the car I was looking at would meet my needs and was the car for me. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. He was great to deal with. I was also really impressed with the Business Manager Bob Higginbotham He had a great sense of humor and worked with me to get the BEST possible interest rate. He also took the time to discuss with me Fords Extended car care Plan and was not pushy either. The delivery Coordinator Naomi Simmons was great. She took a lot of time to discuss the the warranty for the vehicle and the future care that would be needed to keep my vehicle looking great. By the time I left Freedom Ford I felt I was well informed about the car I had just purchased but also the care required to up keep the vehicle as well as the warranties. I feel Freedom Ford has a great staff and I was really impressed with the knowledge and kindness they all showed me and I have to say I have NEVER been treated like that when buying vehicles from other dealerships over the years.
