I contacted Pat and laid out what I wanted and he told me they did not have what I wanted but had one coming. Once the vehicle arrived I went to the dealership and found that my friend had not exaggerated in the least. Pat was very friendly and upfront with me. The whole trade-in/new truck purchase went very smoothly with absolutely no pressure. I could only rate this a 5 on the above chart but everyone (Pat, Sang, Naomi and Larry) were 10's.
