Most recently I made a new car purchase (2013 Ford Escape) there-- everyone there was extremely helpful in taking me through the purchase process (finding the exact vehicle/trim, trade-in, and prep/aftercare options). From first meeting them for a new vehicle purchase (last Tuesday) til just yesterday (Thurs), it took them only TWO days-- it only took that long because they didn't have the exact trim level & color I wanted. VERY impressive, but then again, they have always impressed me with their attentiveness & interest they take in me as their customer.
