The people at Freedom Ford were terrific. They made us feel welcome. What ever we need or wanted, they went out of their way to make it happen. And they did. We purchased a vehicle 4 months ago at another Ford Dealership, and we were treated very well. It was just a little too far out of the way, and we decided to upgrade to a Newer Model. Freedom Ford was closer. We dealt with Freedom Form 30 years ago, and like the saying; "You always go back to the things that work for you", we decided to go back and visit Freedom Ford. So glad we did. We bought a New 2013 Ford Edge. The sales people were just wonderful. Everyone was so nice and offered any assistance we needed. Freedom Ford offers great deals, great service, and the friendship you need in a dealership. My son bought his vehicle there, my sister bought her vehicle there. Freedom Ford is the place to go. More
We were looking to buy a new Ford CMax Hybrid and found the special on the Freedom Ford website. We were surprised the car was still available a week later. My husband contacted Mark online and we set up the special on the Freedom Ford website. We were surprised the car was still available a week later. My husband contacted Mark online and we set up a time to meet and placed a deposit on the car. Larry was a big help with all of the paperwork including taking care of everything we would need to get our car registered in our home state. Both men made this whole process pretty painless. Mark spent quite a bit of time with us in the new car helping us figure out all of the top of the line features. It really didn't hurt that several employees bought some girl scout cookies from my daughter! More

Twice so far I have taken my vehicle to Freedom Ford to be serviced. Once was for repair work when the vehicle was in an accident. The person who did the repairs didn't properly attach the hood to the vehi be serviced. Once was for repair work when the vehicle was in an accident. The person who did the repairs didn't properly attach the hood to the vehicle, causing it to buckle. The second time was to do an electrical diagnostic on another vehicle I own. It took them 2 hours to tell me they can't fix it because Ford no longer manufactures the part, yet they charged me $105. I never again will take any of my vehicles to Freedom. I preferred Kimnach, but since they closed I'll go out to Barton Ford in Suffolk. The trip is well worth it as long as I don't have to go to Freedom Ford. More

I am particularly impressed with Freedom's valet after-care, including their providing a tutor (Sonny Leynes) to familiarize me with all of the vehicle's bells and whistles. This is my second purchase of a new vehicle from Freedom Ford...and it will not be my last. More
