Best Car Buying Experience of My Life! I stopped at Freedom Ford on a whim. The car that I was driving at the time (2002 Toyota Rav) had broken down and I did not have enough money to make I stopped at Freedom Ford on a whim. The car that I was driving at the time (2002 Toyota Rav) had broken down and I did not have enough money to make all the necessary repairs. I was pretty bummed out, and I did not really expect to drive away in a new car (especially with my credit), but Hector was AMAZING!!! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything (like at other dealerships) and I could tell that he was more concerned about me as a person rather than just "making a sell." Hector got me an AMAZING deal on a 2014 Ford Focus. I can't remember the finance guy that helped me, but I wish I did because he was amazing, too! He was able to crunch some numbers and get me an incredible deal!! They both went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase! I'm so thankful to the team at Freedom Ford!! If you're in the market for a new car, I DEFINITELY recommend going to see Hector Miranda at Freedom Ford! More

Freedom Ford Service is Unparalleled!!!!! My F250 had an intermittent, persistent problem, that had proven to be quite elusive to detect. The dealership I purchased the truck from did not have the initiative to pursue the problem leaving me with a brand new, less than dependable truck to pull my horse trailer with. I contacted the Freedom Ford service department, as a very frustrated individual, and could not be happier with the outcome. The truck shop, managed by Ed Burke, was incredible! They did everything they could do to find the problem, including Jeff Roble fitting me in on a Friday afternoon close to the shop closing time to try and get a code to come up. Success!!!! He did get a code, sent the information off and the following Monday I had a call from the service department to bring it in - they had identified the problem. I easily dropped it off before work, got a rental, and had the truck by early afternoon. Rarely does one get this kind of service, Freedom Ford should be proud they have such outstanding individuals as part of their team. Thank you so much Freedom Ford, Ed and Jeff for giving me back Peace of Mind that I have a safe dependable truck to haul my precious horses with - priceless!!!! More

horrible experience with service dept- multiple times Hands-down, the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership- spanning three cars in less than a two-year period. The sales and finance departments did a good job. The service department is the worst I have ever experienced on a customer service level and a work quality level. I bought a 2011 Mustang- owned it for 2 years and traded it in for a 2013 Escape. The steering system failed the first time (3 months into ownership)- took to the dealership they fixed it but forgot to change the oil- took four days to get that completed. I had to pick up their used/oil-filled rags off of white leather seats when I picked it up. Then the engine exploded in the escape six months into owning it. FMC replaced the engine- four days later the steering system failed. I called at 6pm that night asking to bring it there that night or the next morning and was told they were too busy. John Rial, the service manager called me the next morning and started working with me and FMC for a "buyback" under lemon law. The dealership did do the right thing in that process- I was so appreciative of what they did at that time to try to make it right for me that I wrote a thank you letter to Scott Rigell, the owner of the dealership, complimenting sales (David Howell) and finance (Larry Cope). I Have now owned the 2014 escape (replacement for the 2013 model) for 10 months- I have called three times in the last two weeks trying to schedule an oil change and to get them to fix where the plastic has broken in the back off of the back compartment door opener. Every time I call, I am given the run-around. They keep calling me by the wrong last name and referring to the old model of the car- I have explained multiple times who I am. They also told me that my 2014 car is no longer under warranty and I will have to pay for them to fix the door. Just to verify- I called another ford dealership who assured me work of that nature in a brand-new car is under warranty. They refused to take the car each time I called stating they are too busy- they will not provide a loaner car or their shuttle to me to take the car there. The service guy, Ron said I have to pay out of pocket to get the door fixed and for a rental car while they take their time to fix it over the course of next week. I have since scheduled my work with another ford dealership. I will never set foot in Freedom Ford again. Can't believe I was treated this way as a three car customer for them!! Just to follow up- I took the car to another Ford dealership for service (where the service was great!) and the door issue that Freedom Ford refused to fix under warranty was not only under warranty but under a recall. Switching to another dealership was the right decision. More

This is the first time I have actually felt comfortable enough to work with a salesman without feeling like a victim but a customer. And I must say it " FELT GOOD " they restored my confidence in the car buying experience ! More

Sonny worked with us via the internet, and made the process ridiculously easy! We stopped in for 30 minutes to see and test drive the car, but had pretty much negotiated the price through email. Once we saw the car and agreed to buy, we had to go on to our commitment. We texted Sonny all of the info he needed, and he got our paperwork, and the car, ready. All I had to do was come back and sign the papers before they closed. IT REALLY WAS THAT EASY!!! I'm sure if I had more time, I might have been able to negotiate a slightly better price, but the price Sonny gave me was exactly what was quoted online as the internet sale price - no hidden games or gimmicks. The way the sale went down was really the only way that we could have bought the car, and the folks at Freedom made that happen. We couldn't be happier with them, and our new Mustang! More
