VERY EXASPERATING SERVICE DEPT. It started in June. After three trips to the service department and 1200 dollars later, I was told that they could not repair the transmission. Two It started in June. After three trips to the service department and 1200 dollars later, I was told that they could not repair the transmission. Two times I was told that the problem was taken care of. Of course after the third time in the service dept., and the new charge of eight hundred dollars, an offer was made to install a new transmission for 2700. The last charge was waved. Of course I declined the offer, since I have no confidence in the service dept. The new transmission was installed at a transmission shop for less. No more Priority ford for me. More

treated very poorly Took car into for an oil change. I had a policy with Ford that I get free oil changes for so long. They didn't take the time to look my policy up and Took car into for an oil change. I had a policy with Ford that I get free oil changes for so long. They didn't take the time to look my policy up and charged me. Then after they finished with my car they told me I had two lugnuts missing. I watched their guy drop them several times. I got called a liar to my face from the guy. They sent me on my way with missing lugnuts on two wheels. After talking to the use car gentlemen there he was shocked that they did that, he knows for a fact they had lugnuts they could have put into my car. Last it took them two weeks to refund my money for the oil change they charged me for. Will no be going back to them. More

If you are in a rush or not willing to wait at least a hour to wait in line to drop your car off avoid this place More

This April 2015 I decided to go back to Ford as I was there 2 months before this purchase weighing out options of where to buy another vehicle. The general manager Robert Chen, and salesman Clyde Woodberry were extremely helpful in my decision to buy there. I didn't feel pressured. Mr. Chen & Clyde Woodburry were both were very informative about my buy as I had a lot of questions. Clyde showed me both new/used cars. I couldn't decide but I finally decided on the 2015 Ford Focus and I love it! She's perfect! This dealership has a team of very professional, friendly, nice people. More

Best Car Buying Experience of My Life! I stopped at Freedom Ford on a whim. The car that I was driving at the time (2002 Toyota Rav) had broken down and I did not have enough money to make I stopped at Freedom Ford on a whim. The car that I was driving at the time (2002 Toyota Rav) had broken down and I did not have enough money to make all the necessary repairs. I was pretty bummed out, and I did not really expect to drive away in a new car (especially with my credit), but Hector was AMAZING!!! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything (like at other dealerships) and I could tell that he was more concerned about me as a person rather than just "making a sell." Hector got me an AMAZING deal on a 2014 Ford Focus. I can't remember the finance guy that helped me, but I wish I did because he was amazing, too! He was able to crunch some numbers and get me an incredible deal!! They both went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase! I'm so thankful to the team at Freedom Ford!! If you're in the market for a new car, I DEFINITELY recommend going to see Hector Miranda at Freedom Ford! More

Freedom Ford Service is Unparalleled!!!!! My F250 had an intermittent, persistent problem, that had proven to be quite elusive to detect. The dealership I purchased the truck from did not ha My F250 had an intermittent, persistent problem, that had proven to be quite elusive to detect. The dealership I purchased the truck from did not have the initiative to pursue the problem leaving me with a brand new, less than dependable truck to pull my horse trailer with. I contacted the Freedom Ford service department, as a very frustrated individual, and could not be happier with the outcome. The truck shop, managed by Ed Burke, was incredible! They did everything they could do to find the problem, including Jeff Roble fitting me in on a Friday afternoon close to the shop closing time to try and get a code to come up. Success!!!! He did get a code, sent the information off and the following Monday I had a call from the service department to bring it in - they had identified the problem. I easily dropped it off before work, got a rental, and had the truck by early afternoon. Rarely does one get this kind of service, Freedom Ford should be proud they have such outstanding individuals as part of their team. Thank you so much Freedom Ford, Ed and Jeff for giving me back Peace of Mind that I have a safe dependable truck to haul my precious horses with - priceless!!!! More
