not quality work I took my Ford F150 to Priority Ford ,off Little Creek road on Military Hwy, to see why my ABS light was coming on again. This was the second time tak I took my Ford F150 to Priority Ford ,off Little Creek road on Military Hwy, to see why my ABS light was coming on again. This was the second time taking it there for the same problem. The first time they changed the rear ABS speed sensor on the transfer housing. after the work was done I had a problem getting my truck back and what they did took care of the problem temporally. I ended up going back because the ABS light came back on. This time they told me that the wiring was burnt out. The it Cost me $500. The quality of work that was done half xxx. The wiring was exposed, sitting across metal corners. Which means in the future I will be coming back for the same problem. After taking the truck back to Priority Ford and complaining about the quality of work that was done. The service department supervisor came out and inspected the work. He agreed what was done was not up to standard. He made arrangements to fix the problems. Once again taking me out of my way. You would think if I'm complaining about something and you know your guys did insufficient work why not step up and do more to try to please the customer. Detail their vehicle or something. I don't know if they changed worker when they changed from Freedom to Priority Ford but the quality of work has dropped extremely. I will not be going back to them for a third problem More

Give me a good explanation on rebates available and what was not available to me. Sarah Day the delivery coordinator also never pressured me to get the extras, it was all my decision.
