Horrible Customer Experience I hope you have better experiences. • On one of my visits, the Priority Quick Lane Norfolk damaged my F150 HD Edition front end, spilled oil all I hope you have better experiences. • On one of my visits, the Priority Quick Lane Norfolk damaged my F150 HD Edition front end, spilled oil all over the motor. The dealer fixed it, but I was hesitant to return. • I eventual started going back and then the same Quick Lane didn’t install the hub caps on properly when rotating the tires and I had to repurchase two very expensive HD hub caps. T • he most recent visit the Priority Quick Lane Norfolk refused to flush transmission saying it had been too long since the last flush, but it was previously performed by the dealer and the transmission has been replaced by ford. This dealership was great as Freedom Ford, but has been a very poor experience since the transition to Priority Ford. I won’t return and I purchased several vehicles from this dealer and other priority dealerships. I feel the dealership needs new service management. The service manager called and suggested I take my vehicle to the dealership for service. More

The most Obnoxious mánager. I went for a inspection on my ford 2015 fiesta which has no popups of anything of the ordinary, but after waiting for over 2 hours i was told the airb I went for a inspection on my ford 2015 fiesta which has no popups of anything of the ordinary, but after waiting for over 2 hours i was told the airbag light is on so it fails ithen ask how much to get in done and i was told $149.95 so i said go ahead ihave waited too long to be leaving here with a rejected sticker after about 15 minutes she came back to tell me it was not the airbag its the front seatbelt assemble it is going to cost $ 922. and they dont have it in stock but she can ordered it but i would still have to take the rejected sticker. My reply was to bring my car because i have wasted my time, u waited another hour for a reject sticker and a bill for $149.95 so i refused to pay it because they did not done anything to my car.and the mánager behaver was like am her helper she told me all the stuff she's going to put on my file the only thing lelt for her to do to me was run me like a dog. I had a 6 year old and a 7 year old with me that she said wasnt relevant to her and she repeated it so i got it clearly. That lady if i should call her that clearly does not fitfor that job. I have been going there foor the last 3 year and dont think i would ever go back. More
If I could give them no stars. My daughter was in Norfolk at the base for summer training. She took her vehicle for a diagnostic test which found nothing. She also asked them to look at a tire that had a slow leak and they fixed that problem. Then they told her she needed a new air filter and to clean the fuel injectors. She told them to replace the air filter( they didn't show her the dirty filter) and not to do anything with anything else. I was angry and called the service center and spoke to Archie. He was not at all helpful. He said that they don't do anything the customer doesn't authorize. She didn't ask them to check anything else so nothing else should have been brought to her. He told me they will only show the filter or whatever needs to replaced if the customer asks to see it. I think that is absolutely not on the up and up. When I complained about the fuel injector cleaning he said," we recommend it be done once a year or every 15000 miles, and we didn't know when it was done last." They were out to defraud the customer, and in this case, a young woman who chose to serve her country. What really puts this whole ordeal in question is that my daughter bought her 2016 Ford Fusion in December of 2018 from a Ford dealership when she was home in Nebraska. The car was a certified used vehicle, where 172 checks are done on the car. The air filter was not necessary and neither was the fuel injector cleaning. I'm so disappointed in this service department of this and will make sure that all the USNA parent pages and military on pages on Facebook are aware of this dealership and questionable practices in the service department. We take care of our own. More

Unfortunately for a simple oil change and filter change they took over 2 hrs which I believe was not necessary.The mechanic who did the job also was not a happy camper and shouldn't have got verbal in the customer lounge with the customer service girls as the customers could hear everything he was grumpy about.
