Brought in for a tune up, needed another one afterwards Can't say my experience was very good. Granted, very friendly people, seemed to work at a good pace, and they look like they get a lot of business. Can't say my experience was very good. Granted, very friendly people, seemed to work at a good pace, and they look like they get a lot of business. But, after getting a state inspection, they recommended a tune up and something called "premium fuel service." Since the car was of an age, I opted for both. Got the car back fairly quickly, but when I went to pick it up, the check engine light was on. I went back in and told the service rep, and she had a mechanic come out and clear the code. Well, taking the car on a long drive right after, the acceleration at highway speed gets rough, and the check engine light comes back on. Reading the ODB codes, one of the cylinders is misfiring. The car is at another shop this morning getting taken care of. More

Not satisfied I won’t brought our explorer for the routine oil change, and the technician told her the battery terminals were corroded and needs to be clean but tha I won’t brought our explorer for the routine oil change, and the technician told her the battery terminals were corroded and needs to be clean but that wasn’t covered under the warranty will be $45.00 t repair and my wife said OK then they came out and told her the battery had a hole in it and a new battery would be replaced under warranty. My comment is why did they still charge her for cleaning the terminals and we got a brand new battery, thank you More

The dealer fixed it, but I was hesitant to return. • I eventual started going back and then the same Quick Lane didn’t install the hub caps on properly when rotating the tires and I had to repurchase two very expensive HD hub caps. T • he most recent visit the Priority Quick Lane Norfolk refused to flush transmission saying it had been too long since the last flush, but it was previously performed by the dealer and the transmission has been replaced by ford. This dealership was great as Freedom Ford, but has been a very poor experience since the transition to Priority Ford. I won’t return and I purchased several vehicles from this dealer and other priority dealerships. I feel the dealership needs new service management. The service manager called and suggested I take my vehicle to the dealership for service. More
