I had a battery that went bad (the vehicle was still under full warranty) they said they couldn’t get to it that day. When I got ready to leave the vehicle would not start. One of the service techs (Jon under full warranty) they said they couldn’t get to it that day. When I got ready to leave the vehicle would not start. One of the service techs (Jonathan) came out and tried several jump boxes to no avail. He continued to help and eventually replaced the battery. He got me on my way. Thanks Jonathan. More

I left my keys with the dealership for a repair on my truck cover. I received a pone call at 8 am on Tuesday morning abruptly being accused of not leaving my keys.
