Excellent service. I made a mistake regarding my appointment and brought my vehicle in on the wrong day. My service rep, Lakyn, was gracious enough to get my vehicle in that day and had it ready fo appointment and brought my vehicle in on the wrong day. My service rep, Lakyn, was gracious enough to get my vehicle in that day and had it ready for me in less than 24 hours. Very grateful to her for being so accommadating even though I was in the wrong as to what day my appointment was for. It was great getting the repairs I needed done, an oil change, and an inspection in only a day. Great service, will continue to bring my vehicle to Priority Ford. More

I left my vehicle at Priority Ford on 1 June for service on 2 June, with service rep Lakyn Lentz. Have to say Priority is very lucky to have her as I found her to be very efficient and helpful to met all m on 2 June, with service rep Lakyn Lentz. Have to say Priority is very lucky to have her as I found her to be very efficient and helpful to met all my needs. In fact abound and beyond. Vehicle was left day before service was to take place the next day, so you can see why I was so surprised to receive a call from her the afternoon of the day I left it there telling me it was ready for pick up, and let me know just I need to be picked that service was available as well. I hope when I require additional service Lakyn will be there to assist me. More
The service people always take good care of me and my vehicle. The are very friendly and respectful.. I had a oil change service scheduled for 3pm. I checked in around 2:45pm and was told it would be about an hour for my service to be completed. My car was not taken back to the bay until 4:15pm and I was t in around 2:45pm and was told it would be about an hour for my service to be completed. My car was not taken back to the bay until 4:15pm and I was told again that it would be about an hour only after I asked again what was going on with my car. The staff was not helpful nor did they seem to care. I’m sure there was a legitimate reason for the back up in the service department, but the complete lack of communication and effort to inform the guests of the issue made the whole experience extremely frustrating, not only for me but noticeably for the other guests waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. More
