Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Pete Troia my salesperson was amazing but the rest of the team members were terrible. Dealership messed up the taxes that delayed the title process twice. They never once reached to me to explain or apologize. I had to call the title clerk to find out which is pathetic. After all that they wanted me to pay the difference when it was there mistake not mine. If this is how they treat military members then they should be ashamed and I absolutely recommend nobody go there ever. More

I had had an issue for a while with the lift installed at purchase. I had a loud pop whenever turning to the right. It was addressed before without a resolution. I was told I needed to grease the tire stop e purchase. I had a loud pop whenever turning to the right. It was addressed before without a resolution. I was told I needed to grease the tire stop every oil change. That was not it, the tire stop come into play at 35 to 38 degrees of turning. this pop happen from 15 to 35 degree. The lift was loose, after a test drive, the truck maintenance supervisor had comprehension and fix the issue by tighten all the lift components up. I am so happy the noise is gone. Greta job team. Good luck getting those "priorities for life". I was only able to get ONE free oil change, have paid for FIVE and have had to pay another inspection for the TWO inspections I have needed so far. So they owe able to get ONE free oil change, have paid for FIVE and have had to pay another inspection for the TWO inspections I have needed so far. So they owe ME for two oil changes (one per year) and two inspections. Scheduling warranty service is another joke unless you can wait for THREE WEEKS to maybe have the issue fixed. The excuses are; "We are swamped with so many returns" "We went from 50 bays at our old site to 22" and in the next breath, the PARTS AND SERVICE MANAGER said; "We are short on service technicians". What is it? How can you not have enough service techs when you now only have half the bays you did a year ago? I'm guessing that a majority of them left because you probably treated them worse than you do your customers. Priority Ford; the "PRIORITY" is to get the vehicle off the lot and forget the customer after the sale. And I thought that Free-DUMB Ford service was bad. If I had known then what I know now, I would have bought the RAM pickup! Wish I could give ZERO stars! More
