My customer experience was not satisfactory, they kept my vehicle for 8 days for non driveability repairs, informed me I needed glass panels for a water leak at the sunroof $1600.0 and $1200.0 each, the seal vehicle for 8 days for non driveability repairs, informed me I needed glass panels for a water leak at the sunroof $1600.0 and $1200.0 each, the seals for the panels are all that is required at $157.0 each. I called another dealership and found the seals in stock, Priority parts wanted to sell me the panels with seals. More
Terrible service. Terribly slow. Can't share my thoughts with leadership because they are apparently too busy to answer a phone or call back. Oil changes with an appointment still takes 3 hours. The staff and manager were rude the minute we walked in. After keeping my car overnight for safety inspection they said it was ready but had not done the inspection. Upon finally finishing around 4:30 pm the second day the car failed due to a large crack that formed while in the care of the quick lane. Prior to dropping off the crack was a small chip about the size of a buckle. No apologies not help was given. The manager will not return a call or answer his phone. This service is supposed to be for loyal customers but it is a joke. More
Amazing dealership. I am military and was coming to the area for the first time and had to start over after moving from Japan. I was dreading having to buy a car in this market but was presently surprised area for the first time and had to start over after moving from Japan. I was dreading having to buy a car in this market but was presently surprised to find that Priority Ford was not charging an upcharge. This is unusual in this market but just goes to show how they want to treat there customers. Clyde was awesome to deal with and made it pleasant and very stress free process. I also can’t say enough nice things about Clyde and Mrs. Naomi. She was amazing! Amazing dealership and highly recommend! Go see Clyde and Mrs. Naomi at Priority Ford! More
