Service shop left lines disconnected in my vehicle when I picked it up. After paying for them to fix an issue I never saw, knew about, or experienced, I was dismayed to find lines disconnected. Called and left voicemails for the service manager, Mike Wright, who eventually got in touch with me. Said he’d look into it. Never called me back, never answered my voicemails, or made any attempt to remedy the situation. This is after having to bring my vehicle in multiple times to fix an unrelated issue. Also after having to call and leave voicemails repeatedly for several weeks in order to get a price quote on replacing brake pads - a quote I still never received 6 moths later. This place is garbage. They’re either incompetent or unethical or both. More

The service advisor, Ricco, this time that I went in for service of an oil change, was super. He even had a sense of humor about the items with me for the additional things that needed to be done to my wife service of an oil change, was super. Additionally, I am glad that I have "Priority for Life", because it has saved me money, and given me a chance to meet fine individuals, like Ricco, who work on my wife's van.
