I arrived for the appointment and was directed to the Quick Lane service area. At check-in I was informed that the scheduled appointment time was the time to "meet with a Service Advisor". I was also informed that it would be at least 1.5 hours before they would be able to pull my vehicle into a service bay and another hour for them to complete an oil change and tire rotation. That's not QUICK and it certainly isn't SERVICE! When I approached a group of Service Managers and explained what had transpired they acted like they were amazed that I would have an expectation of TIMELY, EFFICIENT SERVICE. They each had accepted that what I described was an actual dealership service department norm. One arrogant short, stout male manager made the comment, "You look like an older gentleman that's been around service departments before, when have you ever experienced an appointment that was the time your vehicle was serviced?" The answer EVERY TIME except Priority Ford. I will not be back....I will not recommend your services.....I will not speak positively about Priority Ford or its Employees. More

Always something when I go for service. More
When you buy a car from priority Ford absolutely do not let them talk you into an extended warranty or a maintenance plan. It will set you back about 2500 to $3000 and it's a very expensive piece of toilet let them talk you into an extended warranty or a maintenance plan. It will set you back about 2500 to $3000 and it's a very expensive piece of toilet paper. We bought our certified used Explorer with a maintenance plan / extended service warranty. Every time we bought the vehicle for a basic oil change or inspection (part of the sales pitch) we complained about the brakes squeaking. On every occasion (there were several) they told us the brakes were fine, the brakes were within limits. the brakes didn't need to be changed. However, upon the last time it was brought in… somehow it now needs brake shoes, brake rotors a brake flush, a tune up, fluid changes. To the tune of about $3000. All these things to my understanding were part our maintenance plan and was supposed to be taken care of take care of. Vehicle was supposed to be warrantied to 100,000 miles. However, the vehicle now has 92,000 miles on it and when it was brought in LAST WEEK we were told that the warranty has expired. I'll chalk this one up to education. And choose to share this lesson with those thinking about buying a car. If I buy another vehicle, it won't be from Priority, and I will make sure that I share this experience with everybody I know. Priority has mastered selling you a service that they will kick down the road the road until it's no longer going to be fixed on their dime… so it can be fixed on your dime I would highly advise making sure you get your warranty and layman's terms and hold him accountable I for one would not buy another car from priority More
