Dealership will not honor warranty. Car purchased 2020 with 34000 miles. Took my car to a different merchant for an oil change and was told that that voided my warranty. Nothing in my w Car purchased 2020 with 34000 miles. Took my car to a different merchant for an oil change and was told that that voided my warranty. Nothing in my warranty terms mention that I can’t have maintenance at another location. Due to the service tech being so unprofessional I chose to not go back. Even with lifetime oil changes. More

I have purchased 3 vehicle's from Priority Auto group. Priority Ford has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When it comes to this dealership you are not a Priority to them. Had my vehicle Priority Ford has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When it comes to this dealership you are not a Priority to them. Had my vehicle for 17 days . Would not even call me to let me know anything about anything. And when calling no one would answer . And no one would call you back. They will text you and tell you if you have any questions about your vehicle text this number and never respond. Had my vehicle for 17 days said they could not find anything wrong, charged me 100$ for a tow and burned all my gas . Took them 15 days to just drive it . But had it towed there the day before my appointment which I scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Left chalk on my window, went through my center console and left the lid up after going through it . The quick lane quick lube that is next door that is affiliated with Priority Ford is the kind of place that will say thing like.. hey your brake fluid is dark and smells burnt ...or your tire air is low . We can put some racing air in your tire type of place. Stay away from Priority Ford. They are the worst dealership with the worst customer services you will ever come across . I highly recommend that you take your vehicle to any other Priority automotive dealership . Do yourself and your friends a favor and stay away More
This is the worst ford dealer in hampton roads. I would give them a zero if i could. I took a pre approved check from navy fed, bought a truck on September 29th. Got called back on the 30th saying I would give them a zero if i could. I took a pre approved check from navy fed, bought a truck on September 29th. Got called back on the 30th saying I missed signing something and I owed $18. Told them I’ll give them the truck back before i pay $18 over what we agreed on. Got there and they said they added the $18 to my trade in, signed the paperwork and thought i was good. Got a call on October 2nd saying I filled out the check for the wrong amount even though i put what they said to. Went and picked up the old check and took it to navy fed, got a new check took it back to them thinking we were good. Got a call on the 23rd of October saying they still can’t get the bank to to accept it. Called the bank and they said i had to do a whole new loan application for what the dealer wanted so my credit got ran again. Then had to go to the bank and pick up the check and take it to them again. Also never received the ford points(22000) for buying used vehicle 2023 f150 with 2k miles, called ford they said the dealer never put it in and to contact the dealer. Contacted the dealer Janora “sales lady “ said “our vehicles aren't gold or blue certified because we offer the Priorities for Life program. That's why it doesn't qualify for the points. You get the lifetime powertrain warranty through us.” Complete xxxxxxxx. The worst ford dealer in hampton roads. I’d buy a chevy before i bought another ford from them. Bought a used 2022 mustang from Cavalier ford in Chesapeake on the 10th of November and they had my points in the system by the 14th. The only reason Priority claims warranty for life is cause 90% of hampton roads is military and they know you will move within 3 years and you won’t come back for warranty. Please do yourself a favor and pick any other dealer. I’d even pick a dodge before these xxxxsticks. More
THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO STEAL FROM YOU! IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP , CHECK YOUR ITEMIZED COSTS, IF ONES SAYS “ $$$$ for Ford”, or any costs you dont understand or recognize , IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP , CHECK YOUR ITEMIZED COSTS, IF ONES SAYS “ $$$$ for Ford”, or any costs you dont understand or recognize , good chances are they stole from you. if you feel you have been robbed of your money in this manner , contact an attorney immediately . This dealership is the absolute worst. They blatantly tried to steal 3200$ from me by adding it to my loan . When they were caught they offered me a lifetime warranty at 50% off , which amounted to the 3200$ they tried to fleece me on . I accepted it . Fast forward 6 months , and magically , I have no warranty. Though i have all the paperwork and communications to prove all of this , they now say they will just refund me the 3200$. Clearly they were hoping id never check on this . I cant imagine how many people they got a way doing this to. We will find out though . Whats the most baffling thing is that screwing over a customer in any situation typically will cost a business MONUMENTALLY more than it would have to just do the right thing in the first place . PRIORITY FORD has the worst rep of any major dealer in hampton roads , and it shows . These people can not be trusted . They bait people with “priorities for life” , well read the reviews people , they hang you out until you get so fed up you just go get oil changes and tire rotations or inspections elsewhere . I asked my salesmen how they afford to do this , and he said “ we are betting on most people not utilizing it , most our customers are military and will move”. During the signing of paperwork, they will rush you to sign and not allow you to read carefully . They did this tactic to me , which allowed the 3200$ charge to slip by me, but i read it when i got home and caught it . More
2016 Chevy Malibu LT tire pressure monitoring sensor issues... I bought my car from this dealership, and they said to always bring it to this location for servicing... This is the ONLY place I've issues... I bought my car from this dealership, and they said to always bring it to this location for servicing... This is the ONLY place I've had air added to tires or had wheel rotations or tire pressures checked. I showed up because my tire pressure monitoring system needed servicing, only two looked to be working properly. As they started servicing my car they said my tire valve caps were over-tightened and getting them lose would risk damaging the tire pressure sensors. (As a reminder, this place was the last place to add air to my tires). The mechanic said the "light was already gone on the dash" and suggested the only tire pressure monitoring sensor that needed to be replaced was the right rear which would have costed me $195. I regretfully agreed. They replaced it, returned my car, and I instantly noticed the R/R sensor still flashing showing an incorrect reading. Was told to drive it around a few miles and it would "reset". So I did, nothing happened, everything was the same as when I went in in the first place. So I went back and this time the supervisor, Kevin, took my car, and tried some things, but when he returned my car to me he then said he tried to reset my sensors, but now NONE of my tire pressure sensors were working (including the brand new one they just installed and charged me for) and to take it down to Priority Chevrolet. (Keep in mind at least two worked when I went in...) So I had to leave the dealership that charged me $195 to go to Priority Chevrolet, who is now wanting to charge me $150 dollars for diagnostic testing...because they have no idea what the mechanic and Kevin did at the first dealership... In short, I took my car to these "professionals" to fix a problem. I spent 7 hours in dealerships today, and spent $195 for them to return my car to me in WORSE condition than it was in when I brought it in. This place is a joke. I am not a mechanic... That's why I take my car to the place the dealership where I got the car is telling me to take it to for servicing. It is absolutely not right that I paid money for them to make the problem worse, and I still have to go to another dealership...and pay more for just for them to try and diagnose the problem. In all honesty, they've been butchering my tire pressure and tire pressure monitoring sensors since I bought the car in 2020. They were telling me to go to Chevy Malibu forums to try and read up on the problem, and I honestly thought I was taking my car to professional mechanics and I didn't think after spending $195 on for their expertise they'd be telling me that. I dunno. Never again. More
