Most unprofessional rude dealership I've ever dealt with I recently had gone to priority to get a 2017 jeep Cherokee. I traded in my 2007 jeep commander which the dealership told me they would "give" me $750 I recently had gone to priority to get a 2017 jeep Cherokee. I traded in my 2007 jeep commander which the dealership told me they would "give" me $7500 for. I still had a loan on that car for $6000. I then went in to sign the papers and realized that they had rolled the 6000 I still owed into the amount that I was about to finance. They weren't "giving" me $7500 for my car. I was going to give them that car and still be paying for it!! My father and I then confronted them about the situation and everyone we spoke to tried to blame everyone but themselves. They also stated that that's "how it works" to roll your remainding amount of your loan into your new finance. Well to me, that's not trading in my car then. The sales manager sat there and laughed in our faces after I told them I no longer wanted to purchase that car and they told a 19 yr old girl that she was stuck with that huge payment. We then spoke to the owner of the dealership who was no better. He was rude just like his employees, which I told him. After telling him that he then proceeded to kick me out of the dealership. The owner called me as soon as I got home and said he wanted my business. We ended up buying the car which was still a mistake. They delivered the new car to me, by some random guy who stated that he's lucky he got the car to me because it was so unorganized. My steering wheel was not locked into place so he drove the whole way with it like that, he only had one screw in the license plate so it had scratched the back of my new car. My car was not cleaned like I had promised it would be. The gas was not full, I had noticed a chip on it and was promised it would be fixed before it was delivered to me and it wasn't. I was only give one set of keys, so the next day I I went to the dealership to get the second set of keys and no one knows where they are. This place is the most unprofessional dealsherip I've ever experienced. I do not recommend even thinking about going here to buy a new car. The salesmen managers and owner are completely rude and disrespectful. They will screw uou over and not care about it. Do not go there to buy a car, worst dealership I've ever been to! More

I called on a Monday and made an appointment to bring my car in on the following Friday at 9am. I gave them all the information on the recall and respective paperwork. I brought my car in on Friday and they called me 45 minutes after dropping it off saying that they didn't have the parts to do the job and that there was nothing they could do. I am a teacher and went out of my way to get this done so I wouldn't have to take time off from school. I would highly not recommend going here to get work done. A huge waste of my time and very unprofessional. More

I have to say that I have bought over 15 cars in my life and this was the easiest and honest car buying experience in my life. Ernie was outstanding and made the process actually enjoyable. He obviously knows about his inventory and cares about his customers. Ernie was able to make a deal that out surpassed every other dealer I went to before them. You hear the saying "Shop us last" well this is the place to do that!! I would recommend this dealership and specifically Ernie to everyone looking to buy a new car. I will never go anywhere else and my wife will be looking for a car very soon and I will make the trip to Priority for sure. More

Worst Car Buying Experience They delivered the car dirty, without a spare set of keys and with substantially more mileage than listed on the bill of sale. So many miles we had to They delivered the car dirty, without a spare set of keys and with substantially more mileage than listed on the bill of sale. So many miles we had to rewrite the lease agreement to reflect the new amount. The told me they lost the spare set of keys and then wanted me to pay for another set. The sales manager reminded me of a tweeker. Their sales team constantly send me spam emails even after I have called and written to be removed. More

I wait again the salesman come out and says let me show you the vehicle we want you to buy. totally different than what i wanted so i said i am all set ,after i sat there for 2 hours sitting there for nothing .do not go here More

Horrible. Rude. Ignorant. Greedy. Go somewhere else I've had the worst experience ever with this little greedy dealership. I spent over 8 and a half hours there. I test drove a car with no gas so I was only able to go down the street and back. They wouldn't let me leave. I was there from 2pm to 11pm. They told me since I was there for so long, I can take the car for the weekend and get a feel for it and they'd give me gas. They said I had to sign papers first to make sure I'm covered in case something happens or if I got pulled over. We were supposed to come to a conclusion on Monday because by the time we were done, the banks were closed. I told my salesman on Monday the 3rd that I do not want the car. On the 7th, I was threatened with reposession. I called the bank, they said the loan was submitted on the 7th. Let me remind you, on the "3rd" I told them I do NOT want the car. Why the xxxx would they submit a loan on the 7th?! The GM Mikey is ignorant. I told him what happened and the text between his salesman and I ... he says "too bad. You now have a car payment and if you don't pay, you'll get repossessed." Mikey called me on a Saturday and says "the car is in Warwick Rhode Island, if I were you ... I'd go hunt it down." But how did it get there? I haven't had the keys for over a week. How did it get there? The car was in their possession. Anyways, worst experience ever. Save your money and credit and go somewhere else More
