Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and leased Dodge Ram same day. Sent a friend who leased 2 Jeep compasses the following week. One month later sent parents who leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Ram. ....fast forward 1 year and I traded my Jeep in at another dealership. That dealer gave me info I needed to contact the finance manager at Priority to cancel the extended warranty I had purchased and said I should have the money back 4-6 weeks. It has been 5 months and my husband as well as myself have called numerous times and no response. Received one email response from Jimmy that was completely unprofessional and contained about 3 words then never responded to me again. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. Not to mention the Jeep Patriot I had traded in to purchase that Jeep Priority took 3 months to ground which had a negative impact permanently on my credit report and I literally had to call them repeatedly for that issue as well. Will be contact BBB as well regarding this matter. SHOP ELSEWHERE !! More
Let me be clear, don't read all these bad reviews because my exeprience at the dealership was the best hands down. Did all the negotiating and finances through email and phone. Kendall was amazing! Down to e my exeprience at the dealership was the best hands down. Did all the negotiating and finances through email and phone. Kendall was amazing! Down to earth and knew her product. I needed to get out of my car and she did everything she could to make it happen. She was extremely responsive and patient. She went the boys extra mile to get me into the right truck. Now I'm in my beautiful 2020 Ram 1500 Warlock and couldn't be happier!! More
Awful! The worst! During this Covid-19 era, I negotiated a trade for a new $53K Grand Cherokee. After several emails and a few few phone conversations, I drove 2 hours from NH's White Mountains down to Sali a trade for a new $53K Grand Cherokee. After several emails and a few few phone conversations, I drove 2 hours from NH's White Mountains down to Salisbury, MA only to learn that I could not bring my new Jeep home! Unbeknownst to me, Mass does not issue temporary plates, and Kendall neglected to tell me in several emails and phone conversations that I would not be going home in my new Jeep! When I arrived, she said we could do all the paperwork, and then someone would meet me a couple days later at my local town office to handle the registration. xxx! She coulda told me about that before I drove all the way down there, or maybe even suggested that I get a temporary registration at NH's DMV on the way down. Even though she knew I was from NH, she showed no remorse for leaving me hanging out to dry in Salisbury. Asked for my deposit back and beat feet! More
Unprofessional. They have made mistakes before an I let it go. Never again. Last straw when they charged me for a pre-paid oil change I had ch they said expired and I was not told that. Obviously Not would it go. Never again. Last straw when they charged me for a pre-paid oil change I had ch they said expired and I was not told that. Obviously Not would have used them but did not need. I do NOT recommend priority Jeep for any department. More
READ THE REVIEWS. They speak for themselves and I made a huge mistake by visiting this dealership without doing that myself. Learn from my mistake and walk away while you’re ahead! Such an unprofessional an huge mistake by visiting this dealership without doing that myself. Learn from my mistake and walk away while you’re ahead! Such an unprofessional and unpleasant experience, it’s tough to put into words how truly dissatisfied I am. I was not looking for a red carpet to be rolled out, my expectations were simply to get legitimate answers and have them follow through with what was necessary to purchase a vehicle and those expectations were severely missed. My story is long and if I were to type out all of the disappointing details here I’m afraid the length will cause readers to stop reading and I want my point to be read in hopes of saving someone else from this disaster. This is a true “car dealership”, they care about profit and NOTHING ELSE. The only thing this dealership was consistent with was employing highly unqualified help. If you think the sales experience is bad, just wait for the financing piece!!! Legitimately unbelievable. When my concerns with not being given reasonable service we’re presented they responded with “I’ll refund your money and disregard the entire deal if you’re not happy, I’m not talking to you if you’re upset”. Thanks, Dante! From start to finish it was a “can’t make this stuff up!” experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! More
Reviews are often filled with tired cliches like, “above and beyond,” and “go the extra mile,” and I should be able to come up with something more clever. But there’s just not a more perfect way to describe and beyond,” and “go the extra mile,” and I should be able to come up with something more clever. But there’s just not a more perfect way to describe my second Priority experience. Phrases like this exist because of the kind of customer service Keith Wallace and Collin Quinlin provide: the earnest “customer comes first” kind that’s becoming more and more rare. I leased my first Wrangler from Priority three years ago, and they set the bar pretty high. (Again with the cliches. I swear I’m not a bot.) Anyway, I had expectations. They shattered those expectations and made them only the baseline of the incredible service I received. I gave them a loose idea of what I was looking for, and they produced the perfect vehicle in the perfect color that I’m certain I didn’t even mention. An app couldn’t have matched me up more perfectly with my new Wrangler. Car buying is typically stressful with a side plate of confrontational. It’s just not at Priority. If you’ve done some browsing and aren’t sure where you should go, you should go here. I certainly will when the time comes again. More
I leased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them last February, upon delivery they forgot to give me floor mats and my second key. I had no way to attach my license plate and there was damage to the rear taillight upon delivery they forgot to give me floor mats and my second key. I had no way to attach my license plate and there was damage to the rear taillight. I had to drive back for the floor mats and the key. I scheduled repair for the taillight but they couldn't get their crap together long enough to actually fix it so I had to go somewhere else. Now here we are 2020 I damaged the side of my tire and I find out I have no freaking wheel lock key. I've never had a car with a wheel lock before its not something I know to look for. I called the dealership and got the receptionist when I explained I was never given a key she proceeded to tell okay we can order one but you have to pay for it. No, no, no I don't think you understand I shouldn't pay for something that should have come with the car. I'm not paying for something you messed up. She proceeded to tell me that by explaining my situation and reasoning of why I'm not paying for it that I was being uncessarily rude. Because her job isn't dealing with customer complaints or reacting to this situation like a normal compassionate human being and saying oh no I'm so sorry let's see what we can do for you like the other jeep dealerships I have talked to. zero customer services skills at priority. u requested a call back from the owner that was 3 weeks ago I chatted them online and got ignored Ive called and apparently no one answers the phones anymore. I am so beyond done with this dealership, its a lease the point is you want me to come back and continue to buy or lease from you but no you just get the initial sale and want to screw everyone over after that. I will never allow anyone I know to put themselves through what I have been through with them go someone else any other Jeep dealership at least they will treat you like a human being and show you some respect and customer service at another dealer because you won't get it at priority. Really good buying experience! I am so happy I stopped in here. Salesperson (Audra) was on point for any questions I had & was a pleasure to work with. No 'pushy' vibe here at all. I am so happy I stopped in here. Salesperson (Audra) was on point for any questions I had & was a pleasure to work with. No 'pushy' vibe here at all. They are available for any questions. A very nice change from other places/experiences I have had. We worked together on a deal & they lived up to their word. Also - no heavy pressure on the final close (ie extended warranty, undercoating, extras, etc...) More

The last few car transactions I had (at other dealerships) were lengthy and awkward and left a bad taste in my mouth. Everyone at Priority was open, honest and most importantly very respectful of our time. The General Manger (Josh) was a great guy and made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I would highly recommend giving this dealership a try. -Jon More
