Attempted to schedule an appointment for a state inspection on website and it wouldn't because it says inspections are first come first serve. Spoke to service advisor who had an attitude when I Arrived and stated we will have to try and fit you in. 9 hours later after speaking with the general manager I get my car back. General manager only stated he will have a talk with his employees and said he is sorry for the mix up. Worst customer service I have ever been involved with.
