$3,000 in dealer add-on fees not in the advertised price. And those fees were on a used Chevy Tahoe that they advertised at $58K. Those fees were for Lojack, nitrogen in the tires, and wheel locks. The saleswoman, Sade, was very nice, and after I refused the deal, the sales manager called me right away. I explained I wouldn't do business with a dealership that had that many hidden fees. More

Experience so far has been terrible finance and sales men were great, bought a truck still haven’t received have brought it back twice due to compartments still dirty and used face mask in bin behind the sea were great, bought a truck still haven’t received have brought it back twice due to compartments still dirty and used face mask in bin behind the seat, and the 8 gallons of gas you get still not done , used car manager feels he’s doing me a favor by changing a part that was asked about I am sorry these trucks are 20000 plus on the low end communication terrible spend 3 hrs waiting on a vehicle to hear your part is order ok understand will be here by Thursday at the latest cool call everyday leave messages no call backs it is now Saturday and we are told it is back ordered in international shipping with no eta wonderful. Communication and attention to detail would have been appreciated not just before sale but after. More

Our experience with this dealership has been far from ideal. Started with a sales team who would never follow through on promises until I escalated the issues. Took 6 months to make minor cosmetic repair ideal. Started with a sales team who would never follow through on promises until I escalated the issues. Took 6 months to make minor cosmetic repairs to our new car purchase. Now we feel stuck because we have “priorities for life,” but the service department is also a disaster. Today we waited 3 hours past our 8:30 appointment and then we were told there were still 5 cars ahead of us. We had to leave since we had already traveled an hour to get there and spent 3 hours waiting. 5 hours wasted and still no oil change. I requested a call from the service manager to reschedule and ensure this won’t happen at our next appointment but I have yet to receive a call back. Wouldn’t recommend, especially if you plan to use their priorities for life. More
