Service Department letting me down again! So I am not sure if there are others having similar issues but when I take my Silverado in for maintenance the Emissions has issue every time we leave So I am not sure if there are others having similar issues but when I take my Silverado in for maintenance the Emissions has issue every time we leave dealership. One time they said it was a bent sensor not allowing it to complete a regen cycle (diesel truck). Next time we had it back for a day and the "sensor" came unplugged. We left dealership yesterday and again it started but wont complete a regen cycle. It fails out and goes to reduced power mode. This is ridiculous. We have not once been through an oil cycle without returning to dealer to get it fixed. Mr Bob Backus assured me there wasnt going to be more issues. YOU are a failure if you cant figure out what your department is screwing up! More
This dealership is terrible. They will promise you the world when selling to you. Priorities for life are a complete scam and waste of time. Oil changes take 3-5 hours with an appointment. I had been thinking about upgrading and giving my car to my daughter so that I do not have to take her back and forth to work anymore recently, so I stopped in. I worked with Antoine Pope. He was amazing. I cant believe how smooth the sale went from the salesperson to the finance department and the whole 9! I would highly reccomend him and Priority Chevrolet for your car buying needs! No respect or response Over the years I have bought 3 new trucks from Priority Chevrolet. This is the first used one. I paid more for this truck than most of there new cars! The salesman said it was going to be deep cleaned before I picked it up. Well it wasn't which wasn't that big of deal. When I hopped in there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas. He said they don't fill used vehicles up. That's ok too but I asked about a second set of keys. The salesman said he would check on them. I texted him the next day and he forgot, ok so the next day I texted him again and nothing. Yesterday I chatted on line and they said a manager was going to call me. To say the least no response so I went online again and they said the manager would call me. Well still waiting. It seems if you don't buy a new car ( no the cost) your not worth their time after the deal is done. More
HORRIBLE Sales team I was in class when receiving a call from my fiance about how the sales person was refusing "no" as an answer. She felt so threatened and forced to sit there that she needed an excuse just to leave because of the sales person being aggressive. Stating "what does a couple dollars difference make since I know you just got a raise to cover the difference". I had the general manager call myself, and he didn't seem too bothered by the tactics used, and stated that the guy probably had a bad day. I understand people have bad days, but in the end when I said we'd wait to purchase a car he didn't have any remorse at the situation. Overall I'd suggest going anywhere else besides this priority chevy. More
