On Fri. July 9th I delivered my new 2019 Silverado truck for undercoating as per sales agreement. When I got my truck back the rear bumber was dented. I have been dealing with Priority for over 25 years. I have never experienced any issues with service or the associated partners. I trust in this dealership. They have always been up front with me even th have never experienced any issues with service or the associated partners. I trust in this dealership. They have always been up front with me even though some of the information provided and repairs needed wasn't always what I wanted to hear, one must realize the suggested repairs were in my best interest to keep me on the road and to prevent a ripple effect of further repairs. They continue keep me updated about any recalls. I have never been displeased with the repairs or workmanship at this dealership. I would strongly recommend Priority Chevrolet to anyone!!! Orlando Goodhope is my service tech. He does an excellent job!!! More
I bought a brand new car and the speaker was cracked so they agreed to replace it. We made and appointment once the speaker arrived to have it installed. We waited over 3 hours with no communication that they agreed to replace it. We made and appointment once the speaker arrived to have it installed. We waited over 3 hours with no communication that they lost our speaker. We had to go ask what was taking so long. And we were fed a whole bunch of lie and they asked me was I even sure that I had been contacted that my part was here? I showed them the email and texts and they said oh and proceeded to make up more excuses instead of just admitting they messed up. They were trying to put the blame on me. So they reordered the part and we waited for it to come in and made another appointment. We arrived at our scheduled time and waited 2 and half hours just to be told by the manager that an appointment does not mean anything. The service technicians get to it when ever they can. And the manager had a nasty attitude and told me thats why they offer shuttles, which I was never told about either time. Also note that they damaged the whole door panel just to replace a speaker cover. And did nothing about that either. Just pretended like it didn't happen when I told them about it. I will not return even for the "free oil changes" I would rather pay than deal with this place again. Also the finance person when I bought the car refused to transfer my tags so that caused a huge headache with dmv because I live in a different state. More
THIS IS THE 2ND REVIEW THAT I HAVE WRITTEN ON THIS DEALERSHIP THE FIRST REVIEW I RECANTED BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS TOO HARSH BUT APPARENTLY NOT HARSH ENOUGH I HAVE BEEN LITERALLY AFRAID TO TAKE MY C DEALERSHIP THE FIRST REVIEW I RECANTED BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS TOO HARSH BUT APPARENTLY NOT HARSH ENOUGH I HAVE BEEN LITERALLY AFRAID TO TAKE MY CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE FREE OIL CHANGES ( I CHOSE TO PAY & GO ELSEWHERE) HOWEVER I HAD PURCHASED TIRES WITH ROAD HAZARD INSURANCE AND RELUCTLANTLY TOOK IT BACK. UPON ARRIVAN I WAS TOLD THAT THE RECALL PARTS WHERE IN FOR THE CHEV/GMC SUVS FOR THE PASSENGER AIRBAG. (REALLY IMPORTANT RECALL) SO WHEN I GOT HOME I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A HOLE IN MY DASHBOARD. NO ONE MENTIONED THIS WHEN I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE SO I CALLED THEM THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD VERBATIM "SORRY GMC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE IN ORDER TO DO THE RECALL) EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THERE SUPPLIER WHO INSTALLED THESE FAULTY AIRBAGS. I DIGRESS BUT IF YOU DAMAGE MY VEHICLE INSTALLING YOUR RECALL YOU COULD AT LEAST TELL ME OR LEAVE A NOTE OR SOMETHING IT'S JUST ANOTHER NAIL IN THE COFFIN OF TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU'RE ONLY A PRIORITY WHEN YOURE PAYING THE BILL. PLEASE REMEMBER ITS THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE THAT MATTERS. More
From the day I looked online and saw how much of a good deal they had on trucks to today when I found out that after leaving my truck there for an entire day thinking the oil had been changed it has been n deal they had on trucks to today when I found out that after leaving my truck there for an entire day thinking the oil had been changed it has been nothing but a nightmare. They lied about the prices online, the salesman lied about me bringing back the truck to go over the details to lying about getting free DEF with every oil change to finally lying about changing the oil when they never changed it. If you are reading this review please do not buy a vehicle from these people More
Service: I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance so I could arrange transportation while my vehicle was being serviced. Simple state inspection and a tire repair. Dropped off my truck the evening prior using the early bird drop off envelope. Truck parked in front of the service bay entrance. Next day I made several attempts to call and check status. I either was left on hold, cut off, or the one time someone answered they "took a message" for my service advisor. When I got off work I went to the dealership. At first the advisor argued with me saying I didn't have an appointment, until I showed him confirmation on my phone. Then he went looking for my truck. He found it in the lot, unlocked, with the early bird envelope in the front seat. He said the truck was never "checked in" so no work had been done. When I asked what were they going to do to rectify the situation he responded that I would need to reschedule the service for another day. To top things off, no one, ever once, offered any sort of apology. Over the years I've noted that, even though the free oil changes and inspections for life is a perk to get customers to purchase vehicles here, once you've bought the vehicle you go to the end of the line when coming to get your free services. 3rd vehicle I've bought here and definitely the last. More

Scheduled a 9am appointment for an alignment of my 2020 trail boss. I asked the service advisor about how long it would take and he responded with 2 - 2.5 hours. At 1:00pm ( 4 hours later ) went to check and see what the hold up was. Truck hadn’t even been pulled into the back to be worked on. Tried contacting service manager and get no response. Looks like I’ll just be taking the truck elsewhere for service More
My husband and I have been researching to buy a new truck for months. We spent numerous hours online looking at options and inventory. We were excited to see that the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trailboss LT wa for months. We spent numerous hours online looking at options and inventory. We were excited to see that the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trailboss LT was in stock at a local dealership. We visited Priority Chevrolet - Chesapeake on Sunday and that is when we initially met with Dan Brown. He was great to work with, and not pushy at all. We went inside to work up some numbers, and we decided to leave and “sleep on it”. He followed up on Monday with a thank you text for our visit on Sunday. We called him to discuss the option of adding a spray in bed-liner; and we were able to come to a deal over the phone. Ultimately we returned on Monday, finalized which color truck we would be going home with (we were between two colors), and paperwork was a breeze. The finance team was also able to get a slightly better rate that initially thought, so we really appreciate Priority going through extra mile there. Very satisfied with our purchase, it was very easy and I really enjoyed that this dealership was not super pushy. Thanks again to Dan for all of his hard work and being patient as we were back and forth about which color truck to purchase. Would recommend anyone looking to consider taking your business to Priority Chevrolet - Chesapeake. More
