I purchased 2007 Chevy(new)in PA. I moved to VA use Priority SERV-DEPT 2 yrs. SERV-DEPT tries to sell UNNECESSARY maint -NOT specified by G.M. My car has very low miles. Once, they did NOT know if my Chevy had fuel-filter! Wanted $20 labor for bulb replacement(easy access). Inefficient communications within SERV-DEPT. Customer needs to speak/repeat to multiple service people, about car needs/problem. Difficult to give/get work info correct. Car is returned greasy. Lucky with service dept so far. I'm looking for better shop for less aggrevation. More
