This is the kind of story we love to see. What started out as a bad experience turned into a memorable one. It’s nice to hear about our staff going the extra mile when things go wrong. Indeed Chuck is new but has a great understanding of what customers want. Needless to say that Matt Ellmer is learning the business from the ground up like his father did.
