Absolutely excellent customer service experience as a new vehicle buyer. From sales staff to management, every interaction was courteous and prompt. Hi< my last review was upsetting, The Dealership has taken great lengths to make sure that I am ok and happy. And honestly I can't blame them for all of the issues that I have for my 2008 Uplander I sh taken great lengths to make sure that I am ok and happy. I'm a prior Priority dealership customer. I have always been treated very good there, no matter which dealership it is, but this is my second purchase from Priority Chevrolet. Purchased a new truck from JC and Wib recently. We were in the market looking for a new truck. Fortunately we were in a position where we were shopping around because we wanted to be and not out of necess in the market looking for a new truck. Fortunately we were in a position where we were shopping around because we wanted to be and not out of necessity, but as such we were not in the most committed frame of mind. This required quite a bit of patience on both JC and Wib's behalf as we were not as specific in communicating our wants/needs during the research/test drive period of the buying experience. JC; however, walked us around the lot (several times) while we evaluated several different makes and models of trucks (and SUVs) with all different options. In what must have been a somewhat frustrating, if not tiring experience for him, he never once showed impatience nor did he ever employ any attempts to pressure us one way or the other. After looking around for several hours, test driving a few vehicles and MANY trips to the showroom for various keys on JC's part, we finally narrowed our interest to two similar trucks with slightly different option sets. At this point, we sat down with JC and Wib and began discussing numbers. Throughout the entire pricing/negotiating transaction, both JC and Wib again demonstrated the highest level of professionalism: clearly going over each element of the transaction, revisiting areas where we had specific concerns, and providing us more USEFUL pricing and comparative information than I've ever received in any of the numerous new car purchases I've made in the past. After exhaustively reviewing the numbers and options, we decided that we wanted to go home and discuss, research a bit more, and sleep on everything before making a decision. With absolutely zero pressure or resistance, JC and Wib encouraged us to do just that (in fact, they insisted that we take all the paperwork home to re-read through it in making our decision). Between the fairness of the final price we negotiated and these exact experiences, we decided that we definitely wanted to purchase one of the trucks discussed and proceeded to do just that the next day. The entire trade-in and paperwork process was incredibly painless and did not require much at all on our part in the way of time or effort. If I had to describe my experiences with Priority, JC, and Wib in one word I would be torn between "delightful" and "refreshing". Not many experiences for consumers these days could be categorized anywhere close to this level. Way to go Priority and Thank You JC and Wib!! More
