It was time to consider a newer car with many miles on the Equinox that James McPherson had previously sold me. James was such a good person to work with before, that going into the dealership, I asked t the Equinox that James McPherson had previously sold me. James was such a good person to work with before, that going into the dealership, I asked to speak with him. He was busy ( making a sale) and had Mr. Felton work with me until he was free to discuss my purchase needs. James is an asset to the Priority dealership. He takes pride in his work making sure that you are a satisfied customer. No matter if the car you originally looked at is sold overnight by someone else because you did not act fast enough. In that situation he sat down with me and helped me to order a car to my specifications that came in under budget of the one that sold overnight - talk about a win-win!! No matter if you choose a car, have everything worked out, then look at him and say ' I have decided to lease this time'. In that situation he sat there, looked at me, you could tell he was thinking and said 'no problem, that can be arranged' and then promptly did arrange for the lease. Over the many times I have been at the dealership, I have observed James' interactions with his peers, management, finance, runners, and service, he treats everyone with the same curtesy and respect. and they obviously think very well of him. Over the years I have bought many cars from the Priority dealership but James has been the only sales associate to get my repeat business. More
After loosing my Husband of 10 years recently, my previous car was also on it's last breaths. I was recommended to visit the Priority Chevrolet team near my residence. Upon entering the parking lot previous car was also on it's last breaths. I was recommended to visit the Priority Chevrolet team near my residence. Upon entering the parking lot a very nice gentlemen approached me and started the deal to move forward. What an awesome team, they made me feel so much better after leaving the dealership on the first visit, the second visit was also awesome, last to say, I was placed in a 2013 Chevy Impala, I love the vehicle so far and I don't expect any problems out of this vehicle. Hopefully one day I will be able to get into my dream car--2014 Chevy Impala. I have already recommended 4 people that is currently in the market of purchasing a new vehicle. Again, thanks to James Mcphearson and Jay Cunningham for their excellent customer service!!! More

My wife and I made an appointment to look at a vehicle. We already knew which model and trim we were interested in before we arrived and told them as much. When we arrived the vehicle we wanted to see was We already knew which model and trim we were interested in before we arrived and told them as much. When we arrived the vehicle we wanted to see was already parked out front and the salesman was waiting. He went over the car from front to back and top to bottom, demonstrating many of the features for us. We took it for a test drive on our own, and when we got back we had decided we wanted the car. They met our price with very little negotiating taking place, no mind games or tricks of the trade. Everyone we dealt with from the receptionist to the sales staff and management was very nice and accomodating. We felt very comfortable and the entire process was much more enjoyable than I had imagined buying a new car to be. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Chevrolet, and in particular recommend working with James McPhearson if you get the chance. More

I called in for a Chevy cruz and was told the price of 17,767. I came In two days later October 29th and was told same car 20,038.. I was told that the price went up because of the newer models coming in. 17,767. I came In two days later October 29th and was told same car 20,038.. I was told that the price went up because of the newer models coming in. Even though I was looking at a 2011.. AND my information was taken down and I told the salesman I was coming in for sure to purchase.. I was finally able to get the car down at a lower cost still not what I wanted to pay. But I am in need of a car bad. My overall experience wasn't the best wasn't the worse. I guess next time if I want to purchase a Chevy my favorite car. I should be more aware of the salesman schemes and tricks.. BUYERS BEWARE.. More
- I received a service-coupon in mail, for a free oil-change. I went to Priority for this simple service, March 28, 2012. I FORGOT TO PRESENT COUPON, BEFORE the service. - So when my car was done, I oil-change. I went to Priority for this simple service, March 28, 2012. I FORGOT TO PRESENT COUPON, BEFORE the service. - So when my car was done, I gave the cashier the coupon. THE SERVICE ADVISER ABUSIVELY CHEWED ME OUT (-a few long minutes) LOUDLY , IN FRONT OF WHOLE SERVICE DEPT. The Service-Mgr was absent, so I told the SALES-MGR about this treatment. -He didn't care! - I stopped using Priority service in 2010, because of (previous)gruff treatment from SERV-DEPT employees. I ALSO stopped using Priority service in 2010, because they UP-SELL CUSTOMERS expensive "flushing items" Which are NOT required and NOT recommended by GENERAL MOTORS. = Maint procedures NOT in G.M.service-schedule, for life of car (= crankcase, fuel-injector, transmission). --MY CAR HAS LOW MILES-- The Service Dept employees PRESSURE customers to buy these high dealer profit items. If you reject these "dealer" recommended FLUSH-SERVICES, they get testy. - My Chevrolet has been reliable, so I don't know how competent Priority-Service is at diagnosing+fixing problems. I'll never go back to find out !! More

Stories started on the phone before we left Maine and headed to Virginia to trade our older car for a new one. Was told we would qualify for discounts (that we thought did not apply, sure enough when w headed to Virginia to trade our older car for a new one. Was told we would qualify for discounts (that we thought did not apply, sure enough when we got there they did not) Was told that several vehicles were available that matched our criteria and the price range we were interested in. Used the black book on the web page to arrive at a trade in estimate, our vehicle was by no means " below " fair condition but when a trade in value was established at the dealer I was offered even lower than the lowest figure quoted on the Black book page. After several attempts to " up-sell" us to a more expensive vehicle, an agreement was made to purchase one albeit at a higher price for less car then in Maine. At the last minute before final paperwork was signed I discovered that all the 4 criteria we had for what the new vehicle would contain were not met in the vehicle being transferred in for us. I brought this to Salesman's attention and they again searched and said that they could get the correct one at the agreed upon price and delivery date. (potential loss to dealer of the aprox. $500.) After the deal was agreed upon we were not allowed to leave dealership in our trade but were forced to transfer our belongings to a "loaner" . The next afternoon I received a call from the dealership that they could not get the vehicle promised and that they would call back in 30-45 minutes with update on another one. No call back the rest of the day and after not hearing from them I called back and was told they could not get a vehicle that met our minimum criteria but that they could get a different one with several more options, and of course an additional $2800 in cost. I refused to authorize additional expense and told salesman to come to my location to get their loaner and to return my car. Salesman then hung up on me. 30-45 minutes later a sales manager called to say that they would make that transfer within the hour. 3-4 hrs later I received a call from another "sales manager" and was told that they found a car that met out minimum criteria and they would go get it if I would authorize an additional $800-900 to cover that expense. The reason I was told for this was that the vehicle was in Maryland and they would need me to cover the transfer expense. Oddly the vehicle they had originally promised was also in Maryland. Before they ran into negative response from me regarding spending more on a different one and them loosing the $500 from their previous error they had no issue in going to get the new car at their expense. Overall very dissatisfied with whole process have bought a great many new cars & trucks but have never been treated like this before. The economy may be bad , but I had a check ready to pay cash for a new car and all I got was a very bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say I drove home from Virginia to Maine in my old car. Runs fine. More
