Very unhappy customer After having my HHR in to the priority service center 6 times since March 2014, the original issue is still present. I have been told that 2 sets of After having my HHR in to the priority service center 6 times since March 2014, the original issue is still present. I have been told that 2 sets of struts have gone bad, yet after replacing them, the noise under the front end is still present. It is for this reason that Priority has lost my business, as I cannot trust the service department to get an issue resolved without multiple visits and excessive amounts of my time being spent in vain. I have taken my business elsewhere, to include my new car purchase. More

Can't Complain, good experience. I brought my car in for service (2011 Traverse) and was asked if I was interested in upgrading. I wasn't that interested or prepared to trade my car I brought my car in for service (2011 Traverse) and was asked if I was interested in upgrading. I wasn't that interested or prepared to trade my car but the sales consultant showed me the new Traverse and took the time to explain the differences. I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision and they gave me all information up front with regards to financing, price they'd give for my car, and any discounts we were eligible for. Needless to say I was caught off guard and nervous about making the trade since I LOVED my 2011 but my husband and I felt comfortable with the information they gave us and the no pressure situation. The new car is awesome and they seem to be a good dealership. More

bought a car with regrets I bought a certified preowned Impala 2012 a year and a half ago. Now I find I am very upside down and been ripped of on price of warranty for my car a I bought a certified preowned Impala 2012 a year and a half ago. Now I find I am very upside down and been ripped of on price of warranty for my car and they would NOT give me the amount my refund will be, as I am trading elsewhere.Today I called the warranty companies and found out what my refund will be, figure the percentage, minus canecllation fee. Also, there whole Priorities for Life is built into the price of the car and they DO NOT tell you. I have found all this all out recently because I am trying to trade the car. Service has been terrible, free oil changes do not happen. Each time before you leave you have a bill for something else. ALso, they say my lifetime engine warranty is voided because I had to have my oil changed in Toledo, at a Chevrolet Dealership when my Father was dying. All oil changes have to be done at their dealership. AT TWO different times I tried to reach the service manger by phone and email. Never received a response. Word of advice do not buy from them, they are shady and rip people off. Each time I did have my oil changed, people were always complaining about charges, and how long even with an appointment it took. My last oil change there, had a early morning appointment. Did not complete my car until after 3:00 PM. More
