Demeaning salesman & used cars that don't work I bought a Priority used car 3 months ago and now wish I had never set foot on this dealership. I had a salesman who became increasingly patronizi I bought a Priority used car 3 months ago and now wish I had never set foot on this dealership. I had a salesman who became increasingly patronizing after all the paperwork was signed, insulted me and my mother (who had come to look at the car the day before), and did not do any of the "little extras" he personally promised to do for us, like gluing on plastic trim that was falling off. Two months later, my engine was not running properly, and I have spent the past 2 weeks getting the run around while trying to get these issues addressed. Now, I have a couple thousand dollars worth of work needed on my brand new "certified" used car. I will never buy from a Priority dealer again and am sharing my experience with anyone who asks about my new vehicle. More

2014 Camaro 1LE I'm from North Carolina. Found this car on their lot from a Dealer in NC. Called them up and worked out a deal over the phone. I new what I wanted t I'm from North Carolina. Found this car on their lot from a Dealer in NC. Called them up and worked out a deal over the phone. I new what I wanted to pay and I new what the current incentives were. After a few phone calls back and forth we agreed on amount I felt was completely fair. Drove up in a rental car the next weekend and closed the deal. When I stepped in the showroom they started working right away to get me out of there. After test driving and inspecting the car I found a pretty good scratch on the front bumper. Talked with the lot manager and he agreed to let me take it to any body shop I wanted back home in NC and he would pay to have the front bumper repainted. It took about four weeks of haggling between Priority and the body shop but they finally agreed and the car looked perfect. I couldn't be happier with the customer service there. I just hate I wasn't able to take advantage of their service deals since I live so far away. More
