(1) The website was very easy to use for my initial search (2) I received a phone call from a sales representative shortly after submitting my information on line (3) Everyone with whom I came into contact was pleasant and helpful, with a special call out to: ------James McPhearson---the Sales Consultant ------Jeffery Pelfrey---the Desk Manager James McPhearson led me through various options that were available to me in a quick, thoughtful and pleasant manner. It was clear that he was very informed on all product and finance information - an asset for any transaction. James treated me "like family" and went out of his way to make sure that I had an informed and pleasant buying experience. I selected a 2016 Chevy Trax - I instantly knew that it was the vehicle for me - and with my only requirement that I be able to select from an assortment of vehicles that were not white, James guided me through the features of the Chevy Trax and presented an assortment of colors - once I saw the Crimson one, I knew that it was the vehicle for me! The entire staff was very nice and helpful all the way through delivery of the vehicle. I will recommend Priority Chevrolet to family, friends and co-workers. I give James McPhearson a 20 out of 10 score!!! People like James make purchasing a vehicle fun! His knowledge, honesty and pleasant personality are great. A ***** (5 Gold Stars) to Priority Chevrolet! Thank you for a stress-free experience. Erin Conary More

Robbie Lamb welcomed us at the dealership and quickly introduced us to James McPhearson to provide information and arrange a test drive of the car. James McPhearson described and demonstrated the many features of the 2015 Impala LTZ in a very professional and efficient manner. My wife and are very impressed with the courteous service we received during our purchase and are quite happy with the Impala we purchased. We will definitely return for future business. I wanted a Chevrolet SUV, but the one I wanted to purchase , Priority Chevrolet didn't have but could get. We went over the specifications of the vehicle and price. At the end, I ended up signing paperwork to purchase the vehicle. The SUV would be at Priority in the next day or two and they would let me know so I could come pick it up. Fine, but when I was contacted days later to pick up the vehicle and arrived on the lot, everything changed. The vehicle went from having 10 miles to 930 miles. The paperwork I signed for the vehicle had 10 miles and now it has 930. Priority knew what they were doing, they knew the vehicle had 930 miles on it before they purchased it from another dealer.. Which later I found out this and other unethical practices are a common occurrence at Priority. I confronted the new car manager Jeff Pelfor and heard nothing but used car salesman pitches. I declined getting the vehicle and asked for a ride home because I live an hour away and was dropped off since I planned on taking the vehicle home that evening. The answer was no. I was lied to in order to buy a vehicle and was jerked around by Priority. When you watch a Priority commercial, everything sounds great, but none of it is true and is all a sales pitch. There is probably a reason why they use actors in the commercials instead of their off the street employees. I wouldn't recommend Priority to my worst enemy. More

Called back the next day and was told more work would be needed-about $1800.00 more. I declined and came to pick up my car, when i got home i decided to look for myself to find that the $1800.00 leak in my engine had miraculously fixed itself. took it to another mechanic and he too found no leak. He was also kind enough to check my oil for me which is good since they hadn't done the oil change(no mention of it when i checked my car out, and it was on the receipt). More

After searching for a vehicle in the Yorktown area, I became frustrated with the lack of options. At Priority, I easily had 20 vehicles to choose from. Once I made my selection, the salesman James McPhearson, was eager to assist and got us in and out of there in record time. Also, we got exactly what we wanted for or trade-in. Priority will be my first choice from now on. It was definitely worth the 30 minute drive from Yorktown. Outstanding service and a great dealership. More
Perfect for a young woman After being disrespected by MANY dealers, I finally went to Priority Chevrolet as a last resort to check out a car. I wanted to be respected for havin After being disrespected by MANY dealers, I finally went to Priority Chevrolet as a last resort to check out a car. I wanted to be respected for having my own money and payments and was tired of being spoken to like I am an idiot girl relying on her daddy's money. I honestly took it as a sad truth until I went to priority. My dealer, Antoine Pope was very cool and down to earth and listened to what I needed to buy the car I wanted. I didn't even expect to actually buy my Camaro, buy he made me feel like it was the right choice. And the priorities for life service is awesome. You can make appointments online and the waiting area is great. So far I've been super pleased with all these people! More

Rude manager I had an absolutely terrible experience at Priority Chevrolet, I went to the tent sale Saturday and found a particular truck I liked. The sales associ I had an absolutely terrible experience at Priority Chevrolet, I went to the tent sale Saturday and found a particular truck I liked. The sales associate was great and I never felt pressured but when the manager came he began to put more pressure on me and told me the best he could do is 25k out the door, I told him I wanted to look around a little more but I'd keep that in mind. The following morning I went to a Toyota dealer who had a similarly equipped truck with similar miles and he printed me out the break down and offered the truck at 23k out the door. I then went back to the tent sale and present Priority Chevrolet with this paper and of course the sales associate presented this paper to the manager, he came back and advised me that they would match the out the door price and give me an extra $1000.00 for my trade in. It sounded reasonable to me so I went to go get insurance quotes. Realizing I forgot to get the vin number I went back and my sales associate was not in sight so I kindly asked the manager who had been pressuring me the day before for the vin. He recognized me and told me "the deal is off, I dealt with you yesterday and told you the price" the manager then began using vulgar language towards me calling me a joke and refused to sell me the vehicle at the agreed upon price. I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle with Priority Chevrolet if that's how business is conducted at that facility. More
