Priority Chevrolet is the place to go buy a car! I recently purchased a used Honda Civic from Priority Chevrolet. The customer service was phenomenal and there was no pressure to buy. The selection I recently purchased a used Honda Civic from Priority Chevrolet. The customer service was phenomenal and there was no pressure to buy. The selection presses was easy and so was my financing. I was met with a smile a true support from two sales people - the one who helped me over the phone and also the sales person who helped me at the car lot. I strongly recommend Priority Chevrolet to anyone who has less than perfect credit. This place is the real deal, they are there to help you move forward with a sale. More
Very good purchasing experience. Sales rep. John Wyatt was very professional & helpful. You should work on streamlining the after purchase procedure. It was very tedious & annoying Sales rep. It required about 1 1/2 hours of our time for nothing. More

Brandon Jackson is the man to see. I will say they mark up used cars for a lot more than they are worth. This was my only complaint with them. They are however not stupid and if you spe I will say they mark up used cars for a lot more than they are worth. This was my only complaint with them. They are however not stupid and if you spend enough time talking them down they will get down to where it needs to be. This is at every dealership though. When the truck I came to check out and eventually bought was shifting hard I asked them to fix it before I buy and they had zero problems doing that for me to make the sale. It ended up being a bad transmission and it was fixed for free. They are knowledgeable friendly and genuinely want to make the deal work for you. Just make sure to take your time and be willing to walk away if it's not exactly what you want. More
Don't wait for service! So far, I have been here for 3 hours and 40 minutes. At the 2 hour mark the oil change, state inspection, and I hope, the recalls were done. Howeve So far, I have been here for 3 hours and 40 minutes. At the 2 hour mark the oil change, state inspection, and I hope, the recalls were done. However I am still waiting for a freaking g light bulb to be put in. Seriously, an hour and 45 minutes for a light bulb ( and counting) in addition to the 2 hours I've already been here. Priority, you need to change your website that says 15 minutes to 1.5 hour wait. Ridiculous! More

James McPherson I do not enjoy buying cars, and I put it off forever. James was one of the best auto experts I have ever purchased from. He figured out that I have a tough time making choices, assessed my use and family needs for a vehicle, and made a great recommendation. He was very patient with my 2&3 year old children, and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. I did not feel as if he was trying to push too hard at all, it was more like aligning a product with a need. I think many younger sales people could learn a thing or 2 from James. By far the easiest car purchase I've made, and the best I have felt about it. No buyer's remorse here! Go see this guy! Bill was absolutely fantastic as well, very kid friendly, he assumes familiarity in the best way. I will be sending referrals. More

Left with 5 busines We're have been calling the dealership for 3 weeks. Trying to get out money back for GAP insurance and have received a run around. Left with 5 business cards pawning us off to the next guy then ignoring our calls. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and has encouraged us to go to a competing dealership. It has now been 9 weeks since we started trying to get some of our money. More

Do not buy a Colorado Purchased a Chevy Colorado 2015, not even a year later the steering starts making squeaking noise, like its about to fall off. I took it to the deal Purchased a Chevy Colorado 2015, not even a year later the steering starts making squeaking noise, like its about to fall off. I took it to the dealership and was told there is nothing they can do about it and the problem has been known to happen to colorados for a while now and they are working on a fix (certainly didnt tell my husband when he bought the truck), told me to contact GM. GM said they will talk to a manager at priority to get the problem resolved. I called two days later to see what's going on and got a xxxxxx bag (I'll tell you why I am calling him that in a second) named Robin which is a service manager. I am telling him my concerns, not once did I say anything rude or offensive but I did let this guy know that this is practically a new truck and there is already a problem, I purchased extended warranties for this reason, it came with a warranty, I do not feel safe in this truck nor do I feel safe putting my kids in this truck. Also every time i was offered a way to get this resolved it was because I had to escalate myself because they weren't doing everything in their power to get this issued resolved. When my husband talked to him, It was a simple, no cant do anything for you, bye. When i asked to talk to a higher up, thats when they want to say something useful." So after all that, the xxxxxx Robin tells me "stop running your mouth". I told him he isn't professional and if he can't handle customers while staying professional then he shouldn't be a manager then I asked to talk to his manager. Now I have Ray Mathis on the line and I simple asked him, is it professional to tell a customer to stop running their mouths? His reply was, depends where its coming from. By saying that he condones crappy service and can't manage his managers. Ray told me he was the end of the line (which was a lie) and there isnt anybody else I could talk to, so I went back to GM. GM told me that they will talk to the district manager. Ray calls a day later to tell me that I will be meeting with guy and he will drive in the car with me and answer any quwstions. What is that going to do, let him know what he already knows? I have to prove the truck sucks xxxxx when i already took it in?They treat their customers like crap after you buy the car. So now I am livid with these xxxxxxx and I know they weren't going to do anything about the car. This is the same company that had an ignition problem which they knew about for 10 years and did nothing about it until people started dying. I don't want to be one of those people. Long story short, I got rid of the truck because I felt unsafe in it and Chevy priority and GM wouldn't do anything about it. I go rid of the truck a day later and got myself into a Ford!! This is why they needed a bail out, still making the same mistakes. More
