Today was definitely a staple in my car buying experiences. Matt house went above and beyond for me and would not rest till he got me the right deal. I use to dread having to go to a car dealership because of the hassles and the back and forth on deals and just trying to find out if the car that I was interested in was even there on the lot. Not today! From beginning till end was the way car buying should be with him and his team. Every one was professional and actually knew what they were talking about and made my decision that much easier. I tell you this I will never buy a car from anywhere else than this place! Go see Matt and his team if you are tired of playing games with shady car salesmen and do yourself a favor and get the experience you deserve. More

lies lies lies I will NEVER go to this dealer again, I will also never buy from a Priority dealership either. This place is absolutely ridiculous, and here's why.... I will NEVER go to this dealer again, I will also never buy from a Priority dealership either. This place is absolutely ridiculous, and here's why.... We were in the market for a 2017 dodge grand caravan, after a week or so of looking my SO found one on advertised by Priority Chevrolet Newport News on the facebook market place. We contacted them via messenger, they advised they had the car and all the specifications we wanted in the vehicle. Tina contacted me to schedule a time to see the vehicle I advised I dont have a lot of time i work 50 hours plus a week, and my SO works 6 days week. I asked her to shorten the process so we can just come finalize the deal, she asked me to do a online credit app, so I did. She called me back asked me to come in for a test drive, I told her again I could not commit to a time die to our work schedule it would be spur of the moment when we came. May the 15 was the first day I contacted them about the vehicle, Tina called me multiple times trying to get me down there, finally on May 24th i had the time. So I called the dealer at 12pm on the 24th told them I would be there by 2pm to see the vehicle they said ok. When I arrived I was greeted by Matt & Jay I explained to them I was there to see Tina for the 2017 Dodge Van, Jay states they did not have the Vehicle, and it was sent back to auction. I said " wow Tina has been calling me for the last two weeks to come see this Vehicle". Jay apologize and sends me to meet with Matt to help locate a vehicle I might be interested in, I went along with even though I already had a bad taste in my mouth due to the incident. While looking at the vehicles I wanted a van with low miles, leather seats, and power doors/ trunk. We looked through the inventory about 30 mins into our search here comes Jay he says " hey we found the 2017 dodge you wanted its at the collision center down the street for repairs but you can still buy it if you would like. I was beyond excited, we went to see the vechial nothing appeared wrong with it just some minor scratches and the headlight looked slightly broken. We asked what was wrong with it no one knew, we get back to the dealership for paperwork and here comes Jay who now says " look that vehicle isn't safe it doesn't have any sensors and I don't feel comfortable selling you this vehicle". So now im even more pissed because your changing the story every time U turn around, Jay says to Matt " show them the Kia its nice". We go look at the Kia I complained because it has random scratches. Matt assured us they would fix the scratches and Jay said he will throw in a dvd player.. We bought the car in a rush due to our childs softball game. once we got home I looked over the paperwork, which has a higher price for the car and a 2995 fee for a dvd install. I called them the very next morning and Evan the finance manager tells me " I'm not sure why that happened you will need to talk to Jay, i just to the paperwork". I talked to Jay he informed me the fee was for the dvd and he had to fluff the numbers to get a better trade value and better financing. I should have asked more questions about the dvd player that was my mistake. Jay says he can tell im not happy, he will find me a dodge i told him NO. On 5.28 Megan calls to sch the dvd install and scratch repair, we schedule it for 6.4 b.c the scratch guy is only there Tuesday every week. On 5.30 i see that the 2017 van is still for sale on Facebook and the website I sent a message Jay calls me and tells me they can't remove the add until the vech goes back to auction i said ok. The very next day Jay calls me and says "they are fixing the dodge and my deal wasn't final if i want the dodge we can do it. AGAIN i was ecstatic, Jay calls me 4 times that day to tell me the bank says we can do it and my payment is lower with the van i wanted, and to just drive the Kia until the dodge was ready. Friday 6.1 Megan calls to confirm the scratch repairs, i confirmed, i show us 6.4 per Megan. Once I arrive Jay says Ms French why are you here i say for the scratch repair appt, he says we aren't doing the b.c your getting the dodge. i explained to him megan told me to still come. I left pisses b.c i live an hour away and come for nothing. For a week I called to get an update on the van repairs and got the run around. so i finally called the collision center who tells me "priorty Chevrolet told us to not fix the vehicle and send it back to them" AT this point i was infuriated. I called my lender Langley who the old and new loan should have been through and they say you only have your loan for your old vehicle and its past due, plus the loan they sent in was denied. I called Chevy Tina answered and said i could talk to Jay or Evan, i told her no i needed the GM she says hes not in i ask we will he be back she says im not sure i don't have a schedule for him today. I tell him what i just heard from the bank and i need tge gm to call me asap. He calls and tells me even tho i have no financing company i still bought the car and Jay was trying to make me happy. I explained i was fine until his employee told me i could gave the vehicle again and that was a bold face lie. The GM told me they could find me another car i said no i want my old car back and they can take the kia back he told me its not possible. I had to come resign paperwork on 6.16, my interest rate was 2% higher, which no one mention and they also changed my lender but they did take the cost of the dvd player off. On the 6.25 i took the car to them to get the dvd player installed and have the scratches fixed. On 5.26 Matt tells me the car is ready, i ask if he was sure b.c megan said it will take one day for the dvd player and one day for the scratch repair and it has only been one day, he says yes we are good to go. We picked the car up on 5.27 and what do you know the scratches are not fixed. My so talked to jay, jay says he didn't know about the scratches, but i mentioned them to him numerous times. I told him forget it im tired of driving down here on my days off to deal with bs. He says don't worry ill take care of it ill sent matt down there on Monday to get the car, fill up the gas tank and fix the scratches, guess who never called..... I text Jay on 7.5 three days after my car was to be picked up and he still hasn't responded. Needless to say this dealer lacks communication, i am 100% unsatisfied and will not go back even to to have them fix their mistakes. More

First and foremost, the sales men Matt House and the sales manager Shaun House were related, I should've have known this would be a bad experience, anytime family's work together it's a problem. Then they were both rude, very pushy, and not forth coming, but the icing on the cake was when the young lady ran my check incorrectly it wouldn't go through. I offered to pay cash she said it was ok, don't worry about it, by Monday everything she clear. Next thing I know the Sales manager Shaun House tells me he will personally come get my car if the down payment was not received, when I tried to contact my sales man Matt House no answer no response. Nevertheless, I returned the car because I have never been so disrespected in my life Shaun House actually called my job and said he would come collect my keys. Up to this point my whole family has brought from Priority. I am dissatisfied with this company and still I want to know how come the henchman brothers are running Priority like the mafia. More
TJ provided exceptional customer service It was a pleasure working with TJ at Priority Chevrolet. His service was greatly appreciated by my family. This experience was by far the best I had It was a pleasure working with TJ at Priority Chevrolet. His service was greatly appreciated by my family. This experience was by far the best I had with shopping for a car. There was no hassle or pressure from TJ to purchase the vehicle, all that came from my 4 year old who helped TJ closed the deal LOL. We would work with TJ any time and I STRONGLY recommend everyone to ask for him personally when you visit Priority. Thank you for your service More
Just read the other reviews before you buy! I am completely dissatisfied with Priority Chevrolet in Chesapeake and it's service team. I purchased a new impala and recently relocated for work I am completely dissatisfied with Priority Chevrolet in Chesapeake and it's service team. I purchased a new impala and recently relocated for work out of state. I took the vehicle for it's very first service appointment and brought up the fact that the chrome molding around the windows was fading. The very nice advisor looked up the issue and found this was a known problem with the impala and ordered the parts to have it replaced. The gentleman scheduled my appointment and advised it would need to be left for a few days, but they would provide a loaner vehicle until the repair was complete. At that time, the advisor switched my address in the system since I had informed him I moved in state. As scheduled, I arrived for my appointment and he took me to get my vehicle. The gentleman at the counter informed me that I would not be able to use a loaner since I had an out of state license. He asked if I had a military ID instead, to which I explained no – I had just relocated from out of state for work. The gentleman confirmed with his manager, Bob Backus who indicated this was the policy. They suggested I call Enterprise to rent a vehicle, while the service was completed. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. As a new Chevy owner, it should not matter if I brought my vehicle in California, Florida or Hawaii, I should be able to have service at any dealership for a known defect with the vehicle! Additionally, I should not be prohibited from utilizing a loaner vehicle due to my VALID license being from a different state! In addition, it is completely UNACCEPTABLE that Chevy would inform me to contact a rental company to rent a car why they fix a known defect on my vehicle! Why in the world should I have to pay out of my pocket when I have a BRAND NEW car and the issue was not caused by me? Furthermore, I was not informed of this prior to my appointment. This dealership not only wasted my time and energy but has lost the trust of someone who has two brand new Chevy's (16 Impala LT and 17 Impala Premier). The dealership, if they could not provide a loaner as indicated by their policy should have arranged for Enterprise to cover the cost of the car and had it on site so I could get it replaced and not expect the customer to cover the extra expense. Shame on Priority for having this terrible service and policy, and shame on Chevy for allowing Priority Chevrolet in Chesapeake to be apart of your brand! More
