This piece wouldn't have been taken out on purpose, so we're unsure what could have happened to it. With that being said, you paid $13.57 part only. We didn't include a labor fee. In response to Bob Backus' feedback given that was sent via e-mail as mentioned: I wanted to reply to the feedback left in lieu of our recent review for feedback given for the poor service and dishonesty by whomever removed the relay or instructed the person to remove it because it was mentioned in review response and by multiple representatives there that the technician did not access the relay. If my fog lights worked when I pulled up in the dark that morning at 6:30AM, how would they not work several hours later and after replacing both bulbs just to be done with it to pass and move on they still didn't work? The relay was taken out. If the technician did not take it out, someone in your company between the point of me seeing it driven out of the check-in bay took it out. There wasn't much money wasted on my part other than replacing the two fog lights that were working when I arrived and the relay that disappeared. It was my time waiting, the fact of trying to be taken advantage, & the initial quick response of the master technician has no reason to take it out so it's just gone. In the end, I was there for 10.5 hours for an oil change and state inspection. This wasn't the first time our scheduled appointment took way longer than expected, but was the most time I have ever spent overall for such minimal service work required. I am not expecting anything and will continue to spread the word of our experience.
