With all pricing being equal, I just felt that Hall was a little more respectful and professional. Hall was completely thorough with us and gave us everything in writing up front and without us having to ask for it. I had to ask 3 times to get a price from your dealership AND with the stipulation that I had to give a day when I thought I could come in and make the deal as if you were doing me a favor to give me the pricing (and I still never got a complete breakdown of pricing including taxes, fees, etc). No one put down in writing the price for the trade-in for me—I had to email the following day and ask for it. I also had to ask to see the paperwork for the engine guarantee. I prefer everything in writing, and I would expect that it would be freely volunteered. What it came down to was that at Hall I felt completely at ease doing business with them and they did the work to sell the car to me…at Priority I felt very uncomfortable in all my contact with your dealership, and I felt like I had to do all the work and ask all the questions--that makes me feel like someone is trying to pull one over on me. I also didn’t appreciate being "confronted" about whether this deal was going to be a back and forth between the 2 dealerships. Trying to intimidate me into making a deal by asking me that and consistently asking me for a day when I will have an answer made me feel like Priority was trying to rush me into such a big purchase, and I do not trust sales people that do that. I have a 99 TL I purchased new from this store (under previous management). I have had all my routine services performed there and will not think of going anywhere else. The service writers are very helpful, have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, they have an outstanding area in which to wait (two areas, actually, one with a television and one "quiet" room), free internet connectivity (wired and wireless), and they offer you a loaner if you're going to have to wait a while for them to finish. Their prices are more than reasonable. More
