Rich Richardson began working hard to get me a payment I could be comfortable with.This went on for a couple of weeks with patience. When we arrived at a great payment I was super thrilled!!! Couldn't believe when I found out they would make a 2 hr drive to deliver my car free of charge.No delays and arrived when they said they would.Brought the paper work to me so I never had to leave my house.Talk about professionalism.....THE general manager Mr.Richardson took the time to personaly deliver my car!Mr.Pitter came with him and spent aleast 40 mins introducing me to the car.He allowed time for questions and was so knowledgeable about the car,its specs and features. They made the whole process amazing.Patience, no pressure and taking their time made this the best sale I've ever been part of. I can't express my happiness enough with this Integra and the sales experience.Believe me they had the patience of Job with me. More than a month after my purchase, my trade in is still not paid off. That isn't as bothersome as after emailing, calling and leaving messages and using the contact us form on the website, I have gotten no not paid off. Seems the team is only interested in speaking with you when you want to buy, but not after the sale. This was not my previous experience with this same dealership after buying a vehicle from them in 2021. At this time, I cannot recommend this dealership for sales. More
Do not trust this place for service on your car! ! They are shady and always looking to add more and more "problems" to you car so they make more and more money. I dropped my car on a Wednesday night ! They are shady and always looking to add more and more "problems" to you car so they make more and more money. I dropped my car on a Wednesday night so I could have an inspection and an oil change while I was out of town for two days. I picked it up on a Saturday afternoon. It failed inspection. I agreed to two of the three items. The 3rd was that it needed tires. I left Acura to get the tires elsewhere because their tire options were very limited and way too expensive. I drove directly from Acura to the place where I was getting my tires and had brand new tires put on. I was told I could bring it back in for a quick recheck of the tire issue. It did not need to be re-inspected. However, aftet sitting here for an hour -- when they were supposed to just to check my tires -- they seem to have re-inspected and found another problem that they didn’t find three days ago!!! Then they had the nerve to tell me I put 1500 miles on my car in that period of time and that’s what made it a problem now! Not only is that false, someone probably wrote down the wrong mileage when I brought it in on Wednesday night, I was out of town and it sat for three days it’s a xxxxxxxx statement. They are shady, they don’t tell the truth, and they try to manipulate to make more money. Do not bring your car here for service -- do not buy cars here because this is where you’ll be servicing them. Very poor experience. More

I love my new RDX PMC edition.
