I bought a Mercedes from Principle in Irving three days before Christmas. It is February 27 and I still don’t have my title and registration. They didn’t return two of my phone calls. They then blamed it in registration office being back logged due to Covid and weather. Yet I bought two other vehicles in late January and I already have those titles and registration. I’ve purchased 10 cars in my adult life including one that blew up soon after purchase but this by far has been the worst car buying experience EVER, the car runs fine but before purchase I told the sale that blew up soon after purchase but this by far has been the worst car buying experience EVER, the car runs fine but before purchase I told the salesman John that I didn’t like the scratches on the side and it was very dirty , he assured me the scratches would come off and it would be clean when it was ready to go , first of all the scratches didn’t come off and the car was so dirty and smelly from dog hair I had to stop and have it cleaned on the way home . Next to the finance manager John Chen he was busy trying to sell me a warranty which I reluctantly bought only to find out it doesn’t cover what he told me it did , I cancelled it to get my money back and I’ve spent the last three weeks trying to determine who will send my money and exactly when , so I will be showing up and getting loud till I get a concrete answer !!! And to top it off this is the first time I bought a car and heard absolutely nothing from the dealer in any shape form or fashion , I work hard for my money and had other options , this place could not Give me a car !! In the future . More

Terrible customer service when there is a problem. Principle (formerly Metro VW) did not stand behind their VW product or their Service Department. I bought my car there and they were the only ones th Principle (formerly Metro VW) did not stand behind their VW product or their Service Department. I bought my car there and they were the only ones that worked on it (lots of oil leaks). My Tiguan was worked on & less than a week later it needed a new engine. They did nothing to help with cost or a break to help me get into another vehicle. Left high and dry with $9,750 to come up with before I could even get another car. More

Didn't provided title and number plates even after 4 months I have purchased the car vehicle around 4 months back and till now they didn't provided car title and number plates. No one is taking responsible and I have purchased the car vehicle around 4 months back and till now they didn't provided car title and number plates. Excellent service So I had to have some things serviced on my vehicle, and I was blessed to have Huma as a service advisor. I've had a few things serviced before at tha So I had to have some things serviced on my vehicle, and I was blessed to have Huma as a service advisor. I've had a few things serviced before at that location, but I have never received the service from other advisors that I received from Huma. She checked in with me regularly on the status, sent me emails, sent me texts...3 different methods of communication. Parts had to be ordered for my vehicle, and she did everything to make sure I was not inconvenienced. Even after I picked up my vehicle, she called the next day to see how things were going. She is a keeper! More
