My wife arrived at her appointed time today with our Lexus LX570. When approached by a a service technician, he asked what the appointment was for. My wife tells him she needs an oil change and also ask Lexus LX570. When approached by a a service technician, he asked what the appointment was for. My wife tells him she needs an oil change and also asked if he could take a look at a piece of weather stripping on the windshield, at which point, the technicians replies chuckling,” we don’t have time to do anything other than an oil change.” Needless to say I will never bring my car there again. At the very minimum he should have logged the 90,000 service for Toyotas and Lexus’. Now I have to take it to another dealership (Lexus) to have them go through the correct maintenance interval. More
