Bob Fredricks has been taking care of my car since I purchased it from Toyota, he goes well above the call of duty when servicing my car and makes me feel that I am important as a customer. I have called about things in my car he takes the time to listen to me even though I know nothing about cars. My Toyota struts were bad in my car and was under warranty when replacing them they noticed my water pump had a crack and that too was under warranty he replaced it and told me when I picked up my car, he wasn't checking for the water pump but took care of it anyway, that saved me money in the future. Bob Fredricks is dedicated employee who has the customer's best interest at heart. Keep up the good work Toyota, I will always remain a Toyota customer!!! More
