I trust Bob and his opinions on service requirements for my Camry. My first Camry was purchased from Performance Toyota in 1991, then another in 1999 and my current Camry in 2011. Its apparent that I trust the dealer and service staff and absolutely recommend them to friends and acquaintances. The 1999 Camry was totalled in Jan, 2011 and rather than accept the opinion of others on a vehicle I might consider, I called Bob asking that he recommend a salesperson at Performance. The waiting area, shop area available to customers and the parking lot are all immaculate. I've made use of the shuttle several times and found it to be clean with friendly drivers. I'm female and know nothing about cars, so it says a lot that I keep returning to Performance Toyota. Over the past 20 or so years I've worked with a number of service staff and an a satisfied customer! More
I made an appointment for an oil change for my new Camry purchased at Performance. Service Department staff met me in the bay with no waiting. David Sees, Asst. Service Manager, has always been great when I go in for service. Have never felt like he was pushing any service that I did not need. Never had a problem about quality of work performed and I've now traded in my 1999 Honda Accord for a 2009 Tacoma, partly because of the Toyota quality and the other, I know I can trust David and this dealership when I do have to come in for service. The Performance Toyota Team is a 'Dream Team'. Today, 08/30/11 I had my 2005 Toyota Thundra serviced and I can truly say that I had the best experience with not just one individual but the entire Perform 08/30/11 I had my 2005 Toyota Thundra serviced and I can truly say that I had the best experience with not just one individual but the entire Performance Toyota Team. As I drove into the service Dept. I was immediately greeted with the most pleasant smile and customer care. After I explained the complications with my truck, I had several of the top Master Technicians identify my problem and soon thereafter my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction. By the way, I have not seen a General Manager like Pezh Kayedan. I only had the opportunity to meet him once and upon our initial greeting I felt like I'd known him for years. He truly has an open door policy. His staff will go out of their way to make you feel like a you are their #1 customer, and you know what, "I sure felt it". Roy Adams, Murray Jenkins, Tracy, Dennis and the play maker...Pezh Kayedan. Having experienced being in each of these guys presence, I felt like the customers on the Toyota commercial when they are jumping up and saying 'Oh what a Toyota'. I walked away saying "oh what a Team at Performance Toyota". In closing, I was taken back at the very fact that good old fashion customer service still exist even in 2011. I had my 2002 Toyota Celica serviced at this store and was extremely pleased with the level of customer service I received here. Very prompt, attentive, and friendly. Roy Adams was kind enough to point out that I wasn't changing my oil as often as I should and changed the oil for me as well as offered advice on the proper maintenance for my car with so many miles on it (157,000). I had additional service done on my Celica including brakes and a catalytic converter. I am very pleased with the outcome on the car, as it drives like it did the day I drove it off the lot in 2002. I would highly recommend this store for any and all service needs. Great job to them! A+++ More
The primary reason I have my car serviced at Performance Toyota is because of service advisor David Sees. David is honest and very knowledgable.
