I was only going to look at a few cars... but Darrell made us feel comfortable as he asked us several questions to get an idea of what I wanted. He showed me two great vehicles and the third vehicle--the AVALON-- I wanted!!! We truly appreciate Darrell with his knowledge, customer service, patience with me, as he kept the selling moving the entire time in order to pick the right vehicle for me to purchase, because I was new to Avalon vehicles. So, I say , for us to walk in the dealership and leave with a purchased vehicle. It was an Awesome Experience!! Mr. Peter Butler was Awesome as well with the Financing portion of this vehicle among other areas that he went over with us!!! More
