DEALERSHIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME MY DREAM CAR!! I bought my dream car sight unseen (Used Mini Cooper/Special Edition) Basically did the deal over the phone with April Haynie and Jeff Larson Flew fro I bought my dream car sight unseen (Used Mini Cooper/Special Edition) Basically did the deal over the phone with April Haynie and Jeff Larson Flew from Dallas to Memphis and drove it back. Halfway home AC condenser went out. Even though they were not obligated to do so, Principle Toyota picked up the repair bill, and it wasn't cheap. April, Jeff, and everyone else I encountered were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond, sending me extra pictures and video of the car and paying for unforeseen repair.
