He was personable, funny, professional, kind, patient, efficient, and very thoughtful. He even scheduled my first service appointment for me and brought me a piece of delicious chocolate cake! We drove 3 cars and I'm delighted with the SE I chose. He explained the new car in detail and said that I could call him if I had any questions. He was very appreciative of my business and called and wrote to thank me. I also want to thank Brandon Hoss for the great job he did helping me choose a maintenance plan. More

The truck I'd committed to buy, though the price wasn't confirmed but the intent set for a 9AM next day meeting, was sold the night before. Needless to say, after a text from my salesperson telling this I was upset. Feeling disrespected, though aware it happens when popular vehicles have multiple interested buyers, I vented on this website. Now I'm apologizing and setting the record straight. The salesperson I worked with, Kelly Fast, passionately fought for me with the sales department and they allowed me to come in and close out the sale, if still interested. It wasn't easy for her to do this, or for them to explain this to their other customer, but they did. I was in their store within the hour and they took great care of me, and the truck is now mine. I can elaborate on this experience, but I'll get to the point as to how they won my business and why I'm sharing it here. They had the integrity to call me and honor my conversations with them, regardless of what the other buyer's offer was. In a trade that doesn't always get a fair shake in its sale's practices, I'll vouch for Kelly and her Sales Manager Jeff Larson. They were decent, respectful and sincerely took care of me, making this purchase one I'll remember not for what I thought was going to happen, but to what did. Well down and thank you! More
