Not a great experience. I received a recall notice so I made an appointment. When I arrived, I was told it would take 4-5 hours to even look at the vehicle and determine if I received a recall notice so I made an appointment. When I arrived, I was told it would take 4-5 hours to even look at the vehicle and determine if I need the recall and that they didn’t have the parts. The guy who helped me said that I needed an oil change since I was there. I asked if it was covered under my warranty and he said it was. As it turns out, I did not need an oil change since it had only been 2,000 miles and it wasn’t covered. They charged me over $100 and simply said he was mistaken. I feel misled and that my trusting nature was taken advantage of. More
I am always very pleased with the Service Department. I called and made my appointment for service with Rodger Parker (Assistant Service Manager) who has always been wonderful. I explained my concerns and he assured me they would get to a resolution. When I arrived he met me with everything ready to go. Seth drove my car with me so that he could recreate my problem I was experiencing and he was able to hear it. He explained exactly what was happening to my Highlander in an easy to understand manner. He and Rodger were both great. I will not be taking my car to any other dealership. More
