That specific dealer would say he would call back with numbers and then he wouldn’t. Then when I called back he wouldn’t know who I was..... Shelton kept his word and replied back every time with an answer, email, texted, or voicemail if I was busy. I search many dealerships and found cheaper prices but the customer service was horrible at the other dealerships. I wouldn’t receive a call back, a voicemail, and I was profiled. Other dealers just disregarded my request and attempt to purchase, NOT Shelton. He made sure as a customer I received the best deal I could. He also respected my time.
