In my opinion, five stars is not a high enough rating for my saleswoman, Cassidy Nealy. I inquired about a vehicle online and received an immediate response. I went through a couple of vehicles before deciding on the right one and Cassidy was more than patient and helpful. She listened to my situation, took notes of the things I wanted to accomplish in this deal, and then went to work. I was able to text her all of the information and photos on my trade and she put together figures for me and within an hour, I knew where I stood. When I arrived at the dealership (which is 4 hours from my home), she had the vehicle filled up, cleaned, serviced, and ready to test drive. She had all of the papers in order, took me to the finance office and in a matter of minutes I was done and ready to drive off. I have been buying cars since I was 14 years old and I’ve never had a better experience than at Principle Toyota. It was well worth the drive and I will continue to do business with Cassidy as long as I’m buying cars, wherever she’s at! More

I went in to Principle Toyota to look at used vehicles for my parents who live in Byhalia. This was back in July of 2021, sorry this is late Lisa. When I stopped in, I was greeted by Lisa. She showed me a few Toyota vehicles, but then showed me a Honda CR-V. I needed something that my dad could get in and out of easily as he had terminal cancer, and something that my mom would be able to drive as easily as her Camry. The one that she showed me was ok, but then she told me about one that a manager was driving. It was a fully loaded 2019 CR-V all wheel drive touring. Lisa drove the car to my parents house for them to look at it. They loved it, and we made a deal on it. Lisa took it back to have it cleaned up and gassed up for us. All of the other details were handled over the phone. She delivered the car a day or two later and had all the paperwork with her. This could not have gone any better. Lisa is an asset to the company and a pleasure to deal with. More
