I had probably the best experience I have had buying a car at this dealership. Lisa introduced herself to me while I was looking around the lot. She listened to what I was looking for and was honest abo car at this dealership. Lisa introduced herself to me while I was looking around the lot. She listened to what I was looking for and was honest about the fact that the car I was interested in had already been sold. Then she put a lot of effort into finding me a Rav4 that was extremely close to what I wanted and putting together a good deal on it for me. Everything was easy, no high pressure, just a willingness to work with me to find a car I liked. I dealt with Lisa Mowery and Buddy Carnett. Both were professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and was as they said it would be. No surprises. I am happy with the car and the deal. More

I hate the dealership car buying experience. They have to make money. I have to save money/not overpay. They were really good at not being pushy and over negotiating. I left three other dealerships that to make money. I have to save money/not overpay. They were really good at not being pushy and over negotiating. I left three other dealerships that day for that reason and settled on Principle Toyota. I like no hassle pricing. I dislike low balling on trade in tactics to maximize dealers profits. They were better on price , service, and communication than the other dealerships I visited in North Mississippi and Memphis over my three week search for a new vehicle. More
