I went in to Principle Toyota to look at used vehicles for my parents who live in Byhalia. This was back in July of 2021, sorry this is late Lisa. When I stopped in, I was greeted by Lisa. She was very ac for my parents who live in Byhalia. This was back in July of 2021, sorry this is late Lisa. When I stopped in, I was greeted by Lisa. She was very accommodating, and not pushy. She showed me a few Toyota vehicles, but then showed me a Honda CR-V. I needed something that my dad could get in and out of easily as he had terminal cancer, and something that my mom would be able to drive as easily as her Camry. The one that she showed me was ok, but then she told me about one that a manager was driving. It was a fully loaded 2019 CR-V all wheel drive touring. Lisa drove the car to my parents house for them to look at it. They loved it, and we made a deal on it. Lisa took it back to have it cleaned up and gassed up for us. All of the other details were handled over the phone. She delivered the car a day or two later and had all the paperwork with her. This could not have gone any better. Lisa is an asset to the company and a pleasure to deal with. More
