He made me feel like a valued customer and helped me get exactly the combination of features I was looking for (and I'm pretty picky so that can take some admirable patience). Communication via email and text during my initial inquiries was prompt, and it was easy to set up a test-drive of the vehicle I was most interested in without feeling pressured or rushed. He answered all my questions, and post-purchase he made sure that I was familiar with and comfortable with the key elements of the vehicle that would be new and different to me compared to my older car. I received an excellent trade-in valuation, and the entire process was straightforward and problem-free. I've trusted the great service department at Principle for years but this was my first purchase there - I'm pleased to find that the dedication to customer service is as clear on the sales side as it is in the service department. I hope to keep this vehicle for a long time, but I'll certainly have no reservations in buying from Principle and Mr. Jones again when the time comes, and I can recommend the sales and service departments at Principle Toyota to others without reservation.
