Communication via email and text during my initial inquiries was prompt, and it was easy to set up a test-drive of the vehicle I was most interested in without feeling pressured or rushed. He answered all my questions, and post-purchase he made sure that I was familiar with and comfortable with the key elements of the vehicle that would be new and different to me compared to my older car. I received an excellent trade-in valuation, and the entire process was straightforward and problem-free.
