Poor customer service & never friendly. They act like they don't want to wait on you & when they do they are ugly. I bought my 2005 Prius at Chuck Hutton, who are excellent, but they moved to Southhaven, MS and I am in Memphis and Principle Toyota is right around the corner from me. They have never been friendly in 18 years and because I have a hybrid car nobody in Memphis will work on them. I was entitled to a Senior Discount & nobody mentioned it to me until I was almost 70(now 74). They said you just had to be 62 for it and everytime I have to ask for it or they don't give it to me. They keep going up on prices, will quote me one price & then it will be $1,000 more when I get there. They have constant employee turnover & when they give any bad service they blame it on Toyota rules. I am sick of dealing with these people, so rude & uncaring. Obviously, I have nothing good to say about this dealership. More

The service was TOP NOTCH from the day I made my appointment to the check out process. The people were friendly and fast. I especially like the video explanation of the work f do one on my car.
